After a lot of planning and speculation, here we are with the final Goa plan! Thanks to the off-season time, we have managed to get some good offers and this is what the planning committee (consisting of Umeshji, Khalid and yours truly) has finalized :-
A 4 day/3 night stay in Hotel Holiday Inn (South Goa) for Rs. 15,650/- per personincluding return airtickets, all meals, transfers, all hotel taxes. This is on twin-sharing basis and this package is for air-tickets from Delhi (can be worked out for other cities too). The dates are 31st July to 3rd August, 2010.
Those who will be driving or taking the train to Goa can avail the same offer without airtickets for Rs. 7,850/-.
Of course MSians can make their own arrangements too if these offers are not suitable to them. The idea is just to have as many people in one location as possible.
Please try and make it to Goa with your families (friends are welcome too). Please confirm your participation so that we can book the rooms accordingly. Those who have already confirmed, please do so again here so that there is no confusion.
Do try to give your confirmations by tomorrow afternoon as the rates can change anytime.
