Humanity Is The Biggest Religion
Human beings are facing all different kinds of threats everyday. From disease to poverty, nuclear warfare, unemployment & the list is never ending. Personally I think religion is the biggest threat to humanity. Religion is the perfect excuse to make bad actions look good. A religion is supposed to teach tolerance, love, and respect, but almost every religion has been corrupted in someway at some point in time. It actually comes from something that seems to be good, but unfortunately it is manipulated and used for evil. It has the power to end the world. Religion is the biggest problem with the world today specially in a country like India.
There are several better ways to solve the religion issues ideally that would please all, but this is just the dream of an idealist because the realist would not be so sensitive and naïve and would face the problem and take it down. But to save the humanity one has to constantly think of new ways to deal with the religion related problems.
Yesterday one of the most awaited judgment in known history, the verdict of Ram Janmbhoomi-Babri Masjid civil suit finally arrived. The summary of the verdict delivered by the three judges bench, suggests an attempt to diffuse the dispute that has caused communal discord between the two major religious communities, riots and thousands of deaths. The site has to be divided equally among the three parties. The idol of Lord Rama will remain where it was installed. The remaining 2/3rd will be divided between Nirmohi Akhada and the Sunni Waqf Board. The judges in unison opined that the idols will remain where they exist.
All the citizens of India should accept this. All pending disputes/cases should be cleared by court with in maximum five to ten years including Supreme Court verdict. It should not take sixty years. We are all matured to understand what humanity is. Let's accept the decision given by the court rather than discussing in terms of "Hindus" & "Muslims”. It is high time now that we all should co-operate & contribute towards building a better India. Let’s respect all religions & move forward. Let’s put one step forward to eradicate the existing problems in our country.
Ayodhya literally means a place of no war. So there should not be any bloodshed or conflict over the issue in future. Everyone should gracefully accept the courts decision and put an end to this conflict, which will also bring harmony. Let’s hope that the issue is over.
Our country is an umbrella of multi-religious faiths where we should live in peace and tranquility without transgressing and hurting the rights and beliefs of other religionists.
Humanity is the biggest religion. We don’t have to go out to Mosque, Temple, Church or Gurdwara in search of God. God resides in heart not in temples or mosques.
