Human religion is the world’s largest basic religion. Next to this, are all the other religions; of which the rituals are mostly developed on our beliefs, imaginations, human habits and conveniences. For e.g. We behave so that God resides in temples only; so whenever we go to temples, we pray so honestly and religiously; and afterwards when we leave those premises, we even break the basic rules of human religion.
We donate money in the coin box, but actually money is our currency, which is just a mere toy only, for god. Its like gifting any imitation jewellery to a friend, who is a gold jeweler.
We even schedule the timings of god in temples in such a way, which are convenient to us, i.e, he sleeps in the afternoon etc. where as he is the supreme power of the whole universe; It can’t be believed that he sleeps in the afternoon, & So on.
We decorate temples with artificial flowers or put ACs (air conditioner) in the temples, but remember he is the creator of nature and he likes natural things only. This is all artificial cold air creating machines created by us and are meant for our comforts only. He likes Natural Air only.
We go to temples or take Prasad and get so much delighted that it seems that we are so much blessed, & that all our tasks would get easy or completed. Whereas the truth is that we have to work hard sincerely and smartly to achieve our objectives, whenever it is of higher grade.
All the customs, beliefs and rituals are created by the human beings only; before some long time ago. And after passing such a long time it has become ancient and has become rules of religions. I do not say that all of them are wrong but mostly they are built on beliefs and imaginations and are also developed according to that old age time. They may be true at that time, but as the time passes, all the things change which is the rule of nature. So accordingly these things also needs changes. And in today’s time, if we want to keep growing , we need to modernize our beliefs, thinkings and ritual. We need to grow socially and religiously too. After all reality is the ultimate truth. We mostly search for the origins/source of any particular thing or persons, where as we forget to praise our own origin, on this earth. i.e, our parents. They are the representatives of god; and so are godly persons. It is our prime duty to keep them happy.
Things which are ancient but very much truthful should be adored to the full extent and those which are baseless needs discard. After all we live in present, and it is our responsibility to make necessary changes which are not updated till this time, but are actually required. And then only we will be able to offer our children, a package which is comprehensive indeed.
