We all have that HIDDEN TALENT which we aren't aware of, but one fine day when we realize this talent we are overjoyed by it's arrival. Few years ago I wasn't aware that I would write reviews here, neither did I know that I was good at writing. So what if I am not that perfect, I would fine tune the talent that GOD has given me. It gives me immense pleasure when people here read my reviews and comment on them, and why only review? even when people love and comment on my blog I love it to the core.
Today while travelling to my office, I was seated besides a old lady. Grey hair, specs on and with a hand bag. She had a small notepad in her hand and a pencil too. I was wondering as to, what was she upto?
She then with her soft hands picked up her pencil and started drawing something, by this time I made up my mind that I wouldn't bother much about her and would mind my business. After 5 mins I looked up at her and she was still with her pencil drawing something, keenly I moved an inch towards her and peeped into her notepad. To my surprise it was a lady sleeping, and this lady was none other than the lady sitting opposite to that old lady. She sketched the lady opposite her so well that I just needed a glimpse to understand that it was a lady sitting opposite her.
I was very much inquisitive now, and moved another inch towards her. She by now understood that I was peeping into her notepad, but she dint mind it. Few things that I noticed in her notepad, the title on the first page of the notepad was "Random Sketches". Another thing that I noticed was that her notepad had dates written on it. I saw date of 4th Jan, 5th Jan and so on, and the lady that she sketched today had written 9th Jan on it. I must say the sketch was very lively and a clone of the lady sitting opposite her. She was using a normal pencil and not the ones which are normally used for sketching. The opposite lady left as she had to get down, now? now what's next I murmured slowly to myself. She again started sketching something, this time round I wanted to see whom she was actually sketching? She wasn't looking at anyone else, but at time she made eye to eye contact with me. Woww! She's sketching me?
I moved lil bit more closer to her and peeped into her notepad, she was sketching an unknown person wearing a hood sweatshirt. After she finishing her sketch of an unknown person I peeped and to my surprise she gave that unknown character a face, a face which was very real. What a talent! Wish someday she could sketch me, wish someday I could sit opposite her. May all my wish come true, and if it does and if that lady sketches me, I would request her to hand over the sketch to me so that I could frame it and have this with me for a lifetime. While turning the notepad I scanned a few sketches and trust me they all were awesomeeeeee.
Everyone has a hidden talent, recognize it before it's too late. You don't need to be a Pablo Picasso neither you need to be a Hussain Saab, all you need is lil time that you need to make and do what you like.
Find some time and do what makes you happy and I bet you would find that "HIDDEN TALENT."
