Are Humans Losing their Humanity?

With the increasing demonstration of political afflatus and self-oriented concerns, human society is being pushed out into the cold and dark, where the basic traits of- humanity, concern, sociability is bartered for cruelty, diabolical vents and disaster altogether. We human beings repeatedly talk of pride, care concern... but at the end of the day- pride brings doom! Counter ego between people of different nationalities; of different races and religions bring about a catastrophe that reduces the bond of love between ourselves, as such the care and concern dwindles. It now stands debatable as to whether we will still be able to call ourselves "superior beings", because the indifferent treatment that we portray to the downtrodden or the turmoils that we cause to our environment never stands for our terminology of "Superior Beings".


Darwin's Theory of the Survival of the Fittest still is applicable in our modern lives as the city is nothing but a vast jungle of bricks and concrete piles. The powerful and elite class still runs riots in the lives of the poor and helpless utilizing their machinations; women are still utilized and their onslaught is vividly expressed by Damini's helpless fate in the Delhi scam.


The diabolic have always tried to either bribe the righteous ones, and when bribes don't work out... they turn out for bullets. But is this the way it has to end? Should we stop trying?


NO! Quitting the rebellion never rescues your pride, because overcoming the barriers of hardships demonstrates the true vitality of a warrior. Even though it may costs sacrifice, there will be warriors, there will be a rebellion and one day, the mob will amass enough bravado to combat the evil.


But mere speaking does not help. The maxim- "If you want to see a change... BE the change is not just a mere cliche after all.
