A smile costs nothing but means much During my school days everyday my teacher use to write one beautiful thought on board which were extremely meaningful. One day she chalked on board this beautiful thought “A smile costs nothing but means much” We all friends were so involved in other activities that we hardly pay heed to these thoughts. Realization while bunking lectures in school & college what life is all about was missing. However, passing out our board exams & gradually going ahead to pursue higher education and later on engaging ourselves in different walks of life holding responsibilities on our debile shoulders was unmanageable. Meeting people from different culture, background, nature etc and coping up with them was grueling. Adaptation was crucial factor that too like a liquid form which takes a shape of a vessel which it is put into. Struggle stating that we are clambering in the world of competition, hoping that we’ll be entitled a second chance which we always use to get during our school days. Wrong impressions continuously struck our minds instigating us taking wrong foot forward, disappointments kissing our foreheads at every step leaving us with a question mark how to tackle different situations & what is the right therapy to succeed. After spending some time in corporate world and coming across a colleague of mine who always had a charming smile on her face captivating attention, conquering heart during interactions made me realize the missing factor. A glance at her absolved the blurredness from the blackboard thought from my school days “A smile costs nothing but means much”. I then realized a smile has a tendency to resolve the crunch situation. A beautiful smile on your face with etiquettes can win many hearts of the people of any culture, background, nature etc. It enriches those who receive, without making poorer those who give. It takes a moment, but the memory of it sometimes lasts forever. None is so rich or mighty that can get along without it, and none is so poor but that can be made rich by it. A smile creates happiness in the home, fosters good will in business, and is the countersign of friendship. It brings rest to the weary, cheer to the discouraged, sunshine to the sad, and is nature's best antidote for trouble. However, being uploaded with all the required talent to succeed in life with a missing factor makes life hard & miserable. A mere smile can win thousand hearts and makes the path easy & smooth. Smiles all convey some type of emotion that is tangible and real. A smile is as warm as an embrace but as simple as a sunrise. A flood of unbelievable emotion can come crashing down on you just from a simple but beautiful smile. So Keep Smiling…?
