Mouthshut team would like to wish the beautiful and extremely talented actress ‘Rashi Mal’ a very happy birthday. Rashi celebrates her birthday today that is 21st November. Born in Delhi and then lived all her way in Mumbai, Rashi developed the love for ‘Arts’ at a young age. After completing her engineering, she decided to fulfil her dreams as an Artist.
Rashi has done diploma in filmmaking from New York. She holds a long experience working in Theatres with Renowned artists like Markhand Desphande and Divya Palat. She is a highly trained professional dancer and has learnt many forms of dancing. She can also sing and she even writes Poetry. Well that’s what you call an “All Rounder” or a Complete Artist.
But the thing that made Rashi an overnight sensation was Channel V Series ‘Paanch’. Her portrayal of Gauri got so much applause that it is still not ready to settle down. It won’t be unfair to say that her performance along with Sheetal Singh, were the most appreciated from the whole show. Despite a mini series, Paanch became a channel driver for ‘V’ and it was nominated at various award functions. Rashi has also done an episodic in MTV Rush before ‘Paanch’.
Following the popularity of Paanch, Rashi also tasted honor of sitting on the Judge’s seat for the very first ‘Blossom Short Film Festival’ this year held in March. After Paanch, she took a break and went to US to polish her skills and came back with different episodics in ‘Love By Chance on Bindass’ ‘Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya on Zing’ and ‘Mtv Webbed Season 2’ displaying a wide range of her versatile skills.
