Unfortunately, I have not read the negative comment before booking the trip through this travel agency. Had a very bad experience with Trip Factory for my KL & BALI trip. These guys even don't bother to reply to the emails sent to them.
I had booked trip to KL & BALI from Chennai traveling date on 08.05.2018 for our 04 family members, till that date VISA was not done from them, ( I HAVE MUCH PROOF OF MAIL SENT AND REPEATER ASKED ABOUT THE VISA PROGRESS) due to delay on VISA, I was forced to pay 62, 000/- extra as Flight fare what we have agreed. As per customized trip pickup vehicle has to come for a pickup but at Airport no vehicle has come, again I had to pay 200 MY Ringgit extra to hire a taxi from Airport to Hotel. Because of VISA, one day cut short my trip in KULALAMPUR.
The Rooms booked was very small and didn't get facilities I have paid for.
The F*ed up company doesn't even bother to reply.
The Hotel rooms booked in BALI are 12.00 Noon checkout but our Flight for coming back was at night 11.40 PM, where we go with all the luggage Hotel peoples are told us to vacate the Rooms, again we forced to pay extra 3.00 IDR(means Rs.1600/-) extra.
Clear BIG NO for travel through this travel agency.
People, the company https://tripfactory.com is terrible. They offer trips and other entertainment, but after they receive money from you, they simply run away from you. All their provided contact info turns out to be fake and I have no way how to find them. It is the worst experience of my life and I hope it will be the last. So stay away from these dishonest guys.
Very pathetic, torturous and fraud behavior experience with Trip Factory(TF) on our trip with them.
Mr. ARIHANT JAIN, from Visa team he misbehaved with me during many telephonic talks.
