One of the poorest Gifting companies I have witnessed by far. The order was placed a week before the occasion with delivery date as occasion date. Since one of the items in the order ( out of 5) was out of stock, the entire order was put on hold and ultimately none of the items delivered on time.
You would think that this is it - however, the cherry on top is their customer service and support. Even after replying to the support email multiple times and calling them to address it , there is a new email sent everyday with the same email content saying order on hold. What’s really the point of having a customer support of you are not LISTENING to the CUSTOMER!!!!
Overall, a bad experience compared to alternatives which are available and I would be surprised if this company is doing well in upcoming years at the current rate of disappointment they are offering to the customers.
