The sales representative was great even after closing the deal, there was never a single delay all the processes were done as scheduled, we got the possession in time as scheduled, inspections were done on time for each house, the employees are very committed. The staff is very efficient and dedicated. I gave five star because I had to. My husband and I were super excited to buy a flat at Kul Kumar Building and build a home in Pune. Our experience was amazing there were no problems with the flat that needed to be fixed. They were honest and trustworthy as they claimed. We checked the flat before buying and it definitely had no issues. After 2 years of living in the house we had a tile issue and we complained which was fixed immediately the very next day. They are very responsive in term of replying to their customers and treating them very specially.
They are the best and very responsive in getting a job done. I will totally recommend Everyone buying a home from them. THEY CARE ABOUT YOU AND YOUR HOME AFTER YOU CLOSE! Even after closing, the builder was very concerned and checked if we liked and enjoyed in doing business with them!
