We are staying in Buena Vista at Bandra East. Building was substantially completed(though all amenities are missing) about 7 years back but Kumar Builders has acted very disgracefully regarding completion of building as well as OC is not obtained due to building of illegal 15th floor. We really do not know as to how to counter such a builder.

During my househunt journey, I was taken aback by the negativity surrounding KUL Nation and KUL Ecoloch. However, many of my colleagues and friends who are flat owners of Kumar Builders projects in Pune have told me that they never faced a single issue concerning the quality of their building and nudged me to book a flat in KUL Utsav and now I am very happy with that decision! Have to say that in person clarification is probably the optimal way to find the best place to call home!

I am very happy that I chose Kumar builders. One builder in Kalyani Nagar have taken my booking amount and refused to give the possession of flat completely. In fact, they didn't delayed but completely refused to give my flat. I gave down-payment of 15 lakh. All goes waste. I was about to die. I and my husband are not IT professionals who have lots of money. We just run a confectionery shop in Baner. In this situation what a person will do.We are not educated that much. But I trying to write that where everyone seems hopeless. The only builder that gave us hope was Kumar builders. We heard lot bad reviews about this builder. But, believe me there was nothing bad with us. No hassles and timely project. Thanks Kumar builders.
Irresponsible and dishonest

I feel that kumar builders are irresponsible and not honest with their customers. I live in KUMAR SANSAR Pune and its a shame that it is still not completed after 2 years of completion date! the major issues are:

There is no PMC water and we are surviving on expensive tanker water!

land conveyance is still pending!

Builders have still not handed over to the society!

I don’t know what’s going on but I really feel cheated by them, just hope they change their irresponsible attitude and be honest to their customers otherwise there will gradually loose their customers.

I had invested in their project as I was told that they are the reputed builders in Pune and unlike the smaller ones dealing with them will be worry and stress free construction for the buyer. Also they are excellent on quality and commitment. This was the only reason I decided upon the premium price they charged.

But Alas! it was a not the case. Starting from construction, possession, handling complains, completion of project and seeking solutions from the buyers for issues reported (i sometimes think who is the builder)they did not meet the expectations.

Many of the bare basic things are not in place.

KUL forgets constructing! Customers inform him of the problems & he resolves thats it! Experience rains in summers at Shanitiniketan-Pune! the Serenity and Peace only exists on brochures and hoardings only. The project has too many unique points but the executional time has taken the magic out of it! the investment has started sinking now as the most productive period of our lifetime is getting wasted in regular follow ups to make this place livable as per our living standards. Every customer word is taken for granted and we are given TARIQ pe TARIQ by the n number of their changing employees and contractors.

Request the ISO auditors to audit the site office and check if the systems are being followed and revoke the certificates!

Visit Kumar Shantiniketan in Pune, Kumar Kruti in Pune or Kumar I-Life in Bangalore

This builders is nothing but a scam who will only make promises the agreement dates will be atleast 18 months over the dates he gives orally - he has been building all of these projects for over 5 years and thrives on stealing peoples dreams and hopes.

Kumar Shantiniketan is one of his luxary projects in Pune - The only luxury in this project is the crores of rupees that mr. lalit kumar jain has collected - all the luxury can be seen in office and his home and his cars. to see the plight the luxury he has provided to customers, pls talk to people and find out what the actual customers have gone through.

You will see actually pictures of the site posted soon - if you want to make mr jain and all his family live in luxury while you will repent you decision to buy a home with kumar builders or kumar urban life ( which is a new name to try and get an IPO and disassociated mr. jain from his kaale kartoot )

Do not buy any of his properties _ you are gambling on a pig in a horse race ..

A builder with Political nexus

Kumar Builders are one of the worst builders in Pune. Its a humble request to all not to consider them. Their political nexus only keep them going however they lack professional approach.

They do not complete projects and not fullfill promises made. They do not even bother to respect the agreement. Just visit Kumar Shantiniketan in Pashan and the project is still not finished after 6 years. Its possession was due 3 years before.

May GOD save all of us from such buildrs. Unfortunately, our media does not want such news and they are unable to help the people who are suffering from problems of such Builders. May be the upcoming regulator for Builders would help but it will take long time. Lets hope for the best.

Message Sent to Kumar folks , this will let you folks know the level of frustation we are going through,

Seems like you ( read New Management at Kumar )are new entrant to KB team for Kumar Shantiniketan. Lets me brief you about so far story behind building the Kumar Shantiniketan. Most of us booked our so called dream flat in 2005 August when there was empty land and stones laying arround, that means we blindly trusted KB.Now its been close to 5 years and still the place is not even in livable condition. To reach to current condition all of us at Kumar Shantiniketan had several meetings with KB including Mr. Lalitkumar Jain and Ms Kruti Jain. We left all over work and every weekend we used to sit at KB office at Camp to discuss and further course of action. Every meeting Mr. Jain took us for granted and requested us to bare with him and give him our full support which we gave. Every time false promises and we accepted thinking this time the target will be achieved. Now the water is flowing over head and NO MORE trust with KB so called "We Build Trust". Just visit any of the so called finished and possession given flat and see the quality of work being compromised in each flat. It starts right from the main door, seems like the door is brought from Dharavi slums, which are not even locking properly. The all the rooms wherever plumbing is their is leaking, on complaint will be give temporary solution and as soon as the person leaves, it starts again leaking. All the parking area is leaking heavily and giving us feeling of rainy season in summer also. for past 3 months we are listening to solar water heater being working, but never I had seen getting hot water at my house.

Now enough is enough, we are not going to listen to you any more and we will be taking our own course of action.
