I just want to share the experience my friend had with iYogi. As per her, the training team of iYogi is nothing a pond of garbage. Trainers are not capable enough to handle the batch. There were a handful batch with a majority of male members. In presence of trainer, new male hires were passing as cheapest comment as they can. All female new hires were so embarrassed.

Surprisingly, the trainer, instead of taking any serious action or being strict and firm to them, showed his helpless attitude. The height of this shameful act went to another extent, when their cheap comments went unto another extent. Trainer made the team play a game called - Damsharas, where in an individual have to act for a name of the movie and their team mates have to guess the name.

So, when a guy came and started acting, all the guys at the back started passing the cheapest comment, like - Bra far dala, hila ke jhar doon, mujhe dalna hai etc...

Trainer was participating too and perhaps he didn't have the guts to make those guys stop. I only wonder, if trainer's sister or wife would work in some other company and if they will have to go through the same phase, would he love it or would he want them to work in those companies. This is not a place to work. It's seem to be a site for b grade movies rather than a place to work.

Iyogi technical services started as a process but after the closure of the main company it took a shape of an independent company. The concept of providing remote support to the dumbasses sitting in USA, UK, Canada and partial parts of Australia was new at that time…which worked. The benefit of being a new kind of experiment shows in the growth of this company. It has around 8000 employees which include customer care, management and technicians. If you are a fresher and have some knowledge of computer then you can join as level 1 support which is remote support and if you have some experience as well then you can be level 2 as technical specialists (includes voice support).

As the company is still growing they do not have many facilities for employees which include insurance for them. Though there is free meal and transport but low quality food and long working hours neutralizes the benefit of both respectively. It provides lucrative salary to the employees which is lot less than what they really earn for the company but that is the principle of BPOs on which they are based. As the company is still new it gives opportunity to employees to get promoted very easily as well however for that you need to become a favorite of your supervisor. After reading my review till now if you are planning your first day in Iyogi Technical services then I am afraid you will need to plan it again after a few months but for a different company. The job security is alarmingly low here. Though there are people who are working here for years but for accomplishing that you need to forget your self-respect. The sales pressure is too high and the things which you will learn and understand in induction and training become insignificant later.

There are no leaves for you if you are not in the good books as well. You may find someone taking leave one after another and exceeding breaks on their wish but when you approach for the same there will be no hearing. Lately their sales have become unethical as they have started to earn money by showing customers fake infections with the help of their tool ‘Support dock’. Many of the big IT companies are blacklisting this company and one of their main clients ‘MacAfee’ is planning to sue them for selling the free antivirus for $79.99. The final conclusion for this company is very easy if you are the one who can enjoy the dirty office politics, can crack sales (doesn’t matter it is ethical or unethical) and all you want is good money then the company is for you. If you are hard working, honest, want good learning and office environment.

I will suggest you to not read the even the name of this company. Freshers please do not join this company because there is no learning.
