SCAMMER IS THE ONLY WORD SUITABLE FOR THIS SITE. I recently purchased a ring from this store. final gold weight was less than the gold weight for which i made the payment initially. Irrespective of sharing proofs of invoice and email received by them they have turned a deaf ear to refunding me the amount, and making all sort of ridiculous and baseless excuses and even calling their own emails default. This company is doomed. i have also shared screenshot of invoice and email i received on payment in which gold weight difference is clearly visible Will not be purchasing again from these SCAMMERS. I wonder how tanishq let them add their name to this Fraud company.

If there was an option we would give this brand a negative rating. Appalling customer service, pathetic transparency and poor ethics. DO NOT go by whatever the sales staff tells you. They will give you all the sweet talk to make a sale. We were told that the points(money) we accumulate from our purchase can be used toward our future purchases. When we, subsequently, went to make further purchases we were told that'their company policy' only permits prorated encashment depending on the value of our purchase. THIS WAS NOT SAID, either by their sales associate Mehak or their store manager Vikas! it gets better after this. We got a call from Avantika from the Caratlane office. She said she was getting in touch to offer a'resolution' to resolve the matter. After being explained what had transpired she told us that she will discuss the matter with her office and get back to us. SHE DID NOT CALL US BACK AS PROMISED. I called her to find out what had been decided by Caratlane to resolve the miscommunication by their staff. She HAD NO RESOLUTION AT ALL!. She kept parroting that she could NOT DO ANYTHING BECAUSE THE COMPANY POLICY DOES NOT PERMIT IT EVEN AFTER ACKNOWLEDGING THAT THE STAFF AT CARATLANE, RAJOURI GARDEN HAD NOT EXPLAINED THE ENCASHMENT POLICY CORRECTLY! WHAT A PATHETIC COMPANY AND STAFF INDEED! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BUSINESS ETHICS! BUYERS BEWARE.

I am a regular customer of Caratlane and liked it's collection and services but when I exchange a ring and ordered other ring with extra payment or 16000, they send me a fake artificial ring. After lots of call and mails they are saying that that have packed the original product. This can happen at delivery partner end. And delivery partner is also denying.

They are also saying that they are investigating but nopositive response. Whenever I call they want extra time. After almost one month they are asking to file an FIR. I live in U.P. Most of people know how serious the police will for a 35000 k rs ring. Since I don't have a unboxing video they are indirectly trying to frame me. They make you helpless. They are not providing me any video of send or packaging the real products and talking very rudely.

I suggest never shop anything from Caratlane online. Only purchase from store. They don't care for customer satisfaction. They are Breaking my trust in Tata.

I have attached the photo of the ring I received. They are asking me to check it's authenticity. Each customer care conversation is depressing.

I went to Promenade in Vasant Kunj , the team were superb helpful and a lady named Garima was just amazing . I was so impressed with her talent customer service . Items are not so much but yes the team make me come back again and again .

But may I know which LAW gave you the authority to exploit customer by charging 300% of Making charges.
