Sounds horrible to have gone through such a negative campaign. I'm in the advertising industry and I can understand how it might have felt to see your brand's integrity be tarnished and jeopardized like that. Fortunately, I did not receive any such mail, and have to appreciate the stand you took. The voice and tone of the mail you sent out was apt for the situation.

That was shocking stuff. But you did good job by not getting threatened by those calls/mails. And as far as defaming MouthShut is concerned, I don’t think any individual can do it. Quality always shows up. One need not flaunt it. As i have seen on MouthShut, no matter how much publicity/hype media creates about anything, the readers here ultimately find out which product is good and which is bad. Same is with MouthShut. This is a really good site and one cannot simply defame it.
