I have been a part of MouthShut from 2003 January. Believe me nothing...and I mean nothing at all will make me go away...I am in love with this site and come here often as my stress relief and as a source of informed information :).... There are thousands who feel like I do and incidents like these only make us want to open our mouths more so to speak. Keep up the work knowing a thousand hands are extended towards you at any given moment!

All my support. I think there are more people in MouthShut who are writing simply to write and use a blackmail technique. I faced some situation few weeks back and I took Jasmine's help to sort out that. Hope the new cleaning process will make things easier for peace loving people. I have more to write. But I know you are too busy. Like Abraham Lincoln said, to counter a rascal's work, there will have a hero. Their bad mouth will not work unless your objectives are bad. A lot of people including Juggernaut are involved in these hate campaigns frequently... To what cause? What purpose? It certainly has affected the newcomers; I can gauge that by the number of reviews and their quality. But yes, do keep taking steps in the right direction... I think disabling the MouthShut reviews was one of them... But I believe a lot more can be done. Involve visitors to log in their comments. That would make the site a much better site and most visited too. People would get an inkling of the features of this site and its purpose. Good Luck Faisal! The MouthShut community is behind you..

I have long been an admirer of MouthShut and it is a shame that a few individuals can entirely corrupt and disrupt such a worthwhile site. It will never cease to amaze me how some persons can find the contrary way to do almost anything rather than enjoy life and make life enjoyable for their fellows. Maybe I will turn over a new leaf and write some more now that I know that it is appreciated. I have often said to myself, "I do not have the time".

This is of course a specious argument .. We must all make time - otherwise, where would we be?

MouthShut is a great concept and it will grow like anything. Keep up the good work and let these extortionists work overtime to bring it down, which they won't be able to anytime. We just need a little more moderation of this website and reviews so that the mischeif doers are kept at bay.

In order to prevent bogus articles and comments, increase the moderation on the website. Assign few people who can judge and remove those reviews with reasons. Further, give a link where the readers can report about bogus reviews and comments given by others. I have seen few bogus comments and reviews but am not sure whether it can be reported to the MouthShut team or not. If there is such a facility, let all be informed about it. This would go a long way in keeping MouthShut clean. :)
