"NEXT", a man shouted to the next person standing in a long queue. That person came, "Yes Sir", but the sir just hit at the back of his head, and he falls in the manhole next to the sir. "Next", he calls again, and repeated the same thing with him too. A man was watching this from quite a time, and he was confused, as to what that crazy man is doing, calling the men one-by-one, hitting them, due to which those men are falling into the pit, the manhole full of sh*t.
"NEXT", sir calls again. This time that man went to him, just when sir was about to hit him on head, he stopped and blabbered, "S..S..Sir Sir, I am not one of them, just came here to ask you, what are you doing sir." Sir explains him, "See, I have a requirement for our new project, which is US based and I am its manager, and I need efficient employees only. These all are employees of our company. I am calling them one-by-one, and making them fall in this sh*tty pit, so that these employees crawl on one another and tries to come outside through this little hole by climbing on others' shoulders. In the end whoever succeed in coming out of this manhole, I will appoint him for my new project." That man didn't liked this way of choosing an employee. Suddenly he screamed, while looking down in the manhole, "SIR!! WHAT's THAT?" Immediately sir looked down. That man hit sir on the back of his head, and sir falls into the pit. That man no\w stands at sir's place. He is the manager now!.
