Today, when I am travelling through the city bus, I saw a man climbed, he was an old man, probably more than 70 years of age. My bus was full, so including me many passengers were standing. He came near me, and starts blabbering. He was continuously talking with "I-dont-know-whom". Nobody is giving any ears to him, but he is continuously chatting. I too was not hearing him, since I am busy with my headphones inserted in my ears, and enjoying new songs on Ipod. That guy was perfectly normal, but still not perfectly sane, just talking and talking, when even nobody is listening to him.

But he was not alone. There are many insane people I have seen here and there, on railway platforms, bus-stands, bazaars, where I just did nothing except to observe them. One such lady I saw begging in front of a SBI ATM, right in the middle of a bazaar. She used to sit there, on the road, for many hours, couldn't spell even a word, but always her neck go round-and round, looking here and there, with her jaws wide open, having a dabba in hand and looking for some good faces in the crowd who is taking out the money from ATM, and who could spare a penny for her. She didn't know any life, since this is what she is destined to do, without any senses of normalcy.

These are just few of the persons, whom we sane persons observes, and just observe, because we are sane, and we call them insane, and what a sane and a perfectly normal person do, he first try to avoid such persons, and if by any chance they still came and hold your feet's, he just throw either a few words of sympathy or a few penny of mercy. But is that what required of us? I think no, instead of me writing a diary post here, it is required to help those people whom I call insane. Yes, that's what sane people do. Life is one chance, and one chance is what all got, so let us open our minds, and do whatever best we can do, to provide help to those people who are always calling us by their pleading eyes and folding hands. I know it requires a lot of effort, but hey can we stand for it and do something?
