A note of thanks to known from the unknown

This morning, while catching up on some PhD-related work, I was saddened to learn of the passing of Mr. Satish Kaushik. The recent losses of other notable figures such as Rishi Kapoor, Saroj Khan, Irfan Khan, Sridevi, and Dilip Sahab remind us that these actors and personalities have been a significant part of our lives, and their absence leaves an irreplaceable void. We often find ourselves unable to express our gratitude to their families and loved ones for their contributions.

Reflecting on the great talents that surround us, I feel compelled to acknowledge the legacies of people like Graham Bell and the Wright Brothers. We are fortunate to have access to nearly all the necessary inventions to live comfortably, but we often take them for granted.

My grandmother's stories of struggling without the modern conveniences of grinders and refrigerators are a reminder of how far we've come. It's easy to overlook the value of these comforts when they have become so commonplace.

In light of this, I want to extend my gratitude to those who have left a lasting impression on us through their creativity and innovation. Thank you for making our lives easy and comfortable, even if we cannot thank you in person. Perhaps we will meet again beyond this world.

Thank you for taking the time to read this post.

I hope you have a wonderful weekend.

TGIF!
