The ipad app service is pathetic. No landscape mode, no seperate section for watchlist, and a lot of buffering and video quality issues. Not worth even the low cost of 300 rupees.

I used to watch serials shows through this app before as many shows available in this app only. Recent days only as many apps came for us. It is also used for us to watch our missing shows from particular channels, because of our heavy workload this type of app used for us.

I have downloaded this Voot app because of Big Boss. I was seeing this since from last 15 years but this time really disappointed with this show because of Host Salman Khan and the creative team. The contestants have played well but everytime the creatives themselves have spoiled their game.The host have insulted the players very badly specially Karan Kundra and Umar Riaz.They have tried to ruined their image but for me the show has lost all the love.I will never watch this show now, quitting it.

If the show is for viewers please let us decide what we want.Lost all the respect??

Bigboss is my favourite show.

But this time bigboss15 is worst then all seasons and especially this time its very biased show.

Promoting bb15 on voot its just a flop.

Audience by subscription to watch there favourite show and support there favourite contestant not biases of colors.

The worst app, channel. Hate them waste of time they deserve 0 stars too bad that wasn't an option. I would recommend to have nothing to do with voot or colors. They are a disgrace.

Very bad performance.Its irritating to watch anything on this app.It just keeps buffering nd at times the sound is missing.Had activated this app to watch big boss nd now feel made a mistake.Please do something about it as we r paying for it.

Am not able to cancel my subscription. I tried a lot and I could not do it. The worst part is they dont have customer care to contact. am really disappointed with this every month Rs.99 is deducting from my credit card

Not recommended. Avoid this app. I had subscribed to their Voot Select but it has not been activated in my account yet. Despite sending repeated emails, they have not responded yet. They don't even have a customer support number. Subscribe to any other OTT App but don't waste your money on this app .

Voot User since 20th December 2020

Basically I subscribed to Voot to watch Live channels(Colours and CNN News 18) and movies. Bought a ₹499/annum subscription for only ₹299/Annum on the Year end/Christmas Discount. We mainly use it in Laptop(browser) and Firetv. So here is my pointwise experience:

Video Quality: Usually when I watch movies(apart from live channels) the maximum video quality available is 480p in both Android app and website. In Firestick also its slightly better maybe due to distance from which the TV is viewed

However I found out that Live Channels in the app and website have maximum video quality of 1080p

Cost: Very affordable and costs around ₹499 if no discounts/cashbacks are there(I bought it for ₹299)

Content: My main Interests are Hindi Web series and only certain English documentaries and reality shows(like Shark Tank, Man made engineering, US/Britain got talent and etc.).

Also the movie collection is less and the menu doesn't have category option based on Genres and language

English content is good and there are many varieties across Genre.

Now with respect to the Hindi web series I found not many shows and genres are there, all of them were of Crime/Thriller which were 16+ and not suitable for family viewing.

Apart from that they have Live channels of Colours series, News18 series and movie channels.

UI: in all the 3 platforms I felt the UI was good and responsive and easy to navigate and search content.

Audio quality: Audio quality for some movies was not upto the mark, whereas it was good for Live Tv channels.

Subtitles: Most of the movies I watched don't have subtitles

Download feature: Download feature is only available on the mobile app however I found that not all movies are available for download.

So considering the low cost I will renew it in the future hoping for improvements and better content
