I have an order today from travel khana for lunch.order no #2186919 they have to deliver the food at Renugunta junction.they haven't delivered the food and when I called customer care they didn't even responded properly and cut the call on face.that is mostly like personal phone number let's not to say customer care also.

They have an captions says,

"One cannot think we'll.love well, sleep well, if one has not dined well".

What if one can dined well because of your reckless and fooling the customers by not even delivering the food.

First of all maintain some dignity to least respond to customers.you are not simply throwing food.we are paying for it and we have a right to least know.

Seriously don't ever buy food from travel khana.

I was travelling on LTT- COIMBATORE train. This idiotic fraud site didn't deliver my food. After that i cldnt find anything to have for lunch. Dnt order anything from them. Their customer service is so poor that they dnt answer call also.

I was travelling from chandigarh to jaipur from intercity express.i searched on google for food on train and ordered food through this travelkhana website from mobile .and we got worst quality of food one can not imagine.how can a person can send this quality.highly non recommendable.

Had ordered Biryani, was not delivered and only got commitments that the same would be delivered. When the train left their contact centre does not even pick up call neither any call came from their side for any apology.

Ordered food for 3 people. Made the payment online. Expected the food to be delivered 3hrs later. Called to follow up on what the status was, their response was "have some patience, your food will be delivered. Hangs up!". I call them back again multiple times, after the train leaves the station and ask them about the promised food. They say they were sorry and would arrange something at a station further down. Again, I call them up after reaching the station, 2hrs later. That jack has the balls to ask me to be patient about the food and hangs up before I could completely explain him anything. They wouldn't accept my calls later.

This is not only irresponsible behavior but also very inconvenient, given that we have to keep waiting for the undelivered food and knowing we already ordered, we don't care to buy anything else only to be fooled later.

They collect money via online but never return your hard earned money despite of failing to provide delivery.

I have contacted their customercare service 2times, but each time they say money will be refunded.

travelkhana has cheated me for 300Rs.

We ordered food(special thali @ 195 each) through travel khAnasultan.com and received at kharaghpur station. When we opened the pack the condition and taste of food was horrible. As per menu they are offering food with sweet but nothing was there. Only Dal , 1 veg. with rice, paneer dipped in water and 3 tawa roti was in the pack with lots of hair.we are 3 person traveling together and decide to have small bite because there was no other option we have. After having single bite only (We are not able to have 2nd bite )Immediately one of my colleague started vomiting.

I never had this kind of rubbish food ever. Shame on you.

I ordered my dinner on 12th july at Ahmednagar

(9:20 pm) . There was no delivery and when we tried calling them nobody was picking up the call even after trying for more than 30 times . Pantry was closed and further there was no good station befor 2 am . We had nothing to eat . These guys have no professional attitude towards their business . Once they deliver food they will call you constantly for feedback and next order . Next morning when i asked the reason for non delivery the concerned department had no idea about this..how can anybody be so irresponsible and he said sorry and cut the call. I will like to recommed to TRAVELKHANA to close your delivery system or have some ethics and professtional attitude.

Ordered food for 6 at one of the most popular food destination called Surat while enroute our journey to rajastan. Half of us could not even dare to open. The rest half could not eat 10 percent of served plate. Never ever imagined one can serve such filthy food (paid) for money/greed. I challenge either the owner of this website or the restaurant can eat over 10 percent of their own cooked food. Are you proud of your food or service ? I'm sure NOT, sadly nothing works

I have seen many poor reviews on the basis of non delivery. But try me guys you got lucky if the food was not delivered because the delivered food was the worst ever food I have seen in my life.

Chapaties were dry and hard and full of floor powder. Rice was like plastic. The paneer gravy was tomato syrup wich was uncooked and rest of the things was full of water.

It's better you order food from train pantry they are serving really good food.

Never order from tasty khana, you will definitely fall sick once you eat the food served by tasty khana.

I was travelling with my wife and a kid. Being very unfortunate i ordered food from travel khaana for which i paid them online. My food was supposed to be delivered at New Delhi station on 29th of May which was never served. When i called cust. Service their agent named (bablu) was so reckless and he told that now they cant help me and suggested me to manage the food on my own....This is the worst service, i suggest ppl not to order from Travel Khaana as they are big time crooks. Also, they least care if the payment is made online.... If u select the mode of payment as cash on delivery they somehow manage to get u the food but my suggestion is never order from travel khana... If der is a worst situation where you have to order plz dont make online payment... They will give u mouthwatering offers of 20%more discount on paying online but trust me u will never get ur food delivered..... It is a big time shame that this is how they are making money by cheating thousands of ppl across the nation....beware of ordering food from Travel khana instead i suggest to stay hungry rather then paying these crooks. You guys can see other reviews as well. I have never come across anything positive for Travel Khana and same is the case with everybody, they are cheating with ppl just to make money.

My order no.#2005172. I ordered food at nagpur through online payment. my food has not been delivered.I called customer care they replied that amount will be refund to my account in 4 to 5 working days.but i didn't receive my amount in my account. After i called they simply lie money has been transfered . i called again n again but they replied with same stupid answer. I asked them transaction id for verification they didnt respond. Please dont pay through online they cheat us. Fit to be fraudulant company. Iam going to approach consumer court now since Iam advocate.

I ordered a Manchurian Fried Rice around 11 am today. My order number is 2003986.

I paid online and they confirmed the food to be delivered at Vijayawada Station.

After reaching Vijayawada Station I waited for 10 minutes and then called the customer care about the delay.

The food came after 2 minutes and the delivery boy was in so hurry ( As the train was about to start ) that he threw the packet to me and disappeared. I didn't get a chance to check.

Then I found, they delivered the food container without any spoon and napkin.

I immediately called the customer care and explained everything. He just got my call disconnected.

The taste of the food is awful.

I request all the passengers that this " Travel khana " is not at all trusted and authentic. Please avoid to take food from them.

Booked at Travel Khana order no. 130865 at Bhopal Not Delivered. Re book order 2000308 for Jhansi not Delivered all charges paid 57 year old Lady traveling without food shame on you Travel Khana.

Customer care people have bad attitude always give repeated answer like due to some technical difficulties unable to delivered.

I had very very bad experience with Travel Khana(Ordered on 12th Apr 19(7020503583), whole family adjusted lunch with eating junk food, we are eagerly waiting for food, I called 2–3 times that time also they are committing it will deliver in sometime, at the end nothing we got. After I called they said sorry restaurant were closed so not able to serve you and all. They said we promise you evening order you will get everything.

Evening order came on time but when I opened it was smell like anything. Not able to eat we have to throw meal no other option, we took meal from IRCTC ppl and adjusted some how. I don’t think these people are serious on their bussiness please avoid Travel Khana. I am going to write this blog on every where and keep posting it. So at least I can help some one from this fraud.

This website is awesome to buy foods even when u r in train. Great experience. Highly recommended for all. Superb and nice for me to use. I will recommend this to all. This website also used to connect where we are. We are able to locate where our order is. Such an interesting website. Very very good website
