I'm also convinced there are the best in the industry taking into context of how they manage the payment system, the ticketing process and the delivery of the results from various lottery platforms. I'm yet to claim a prize but still optimistic one day is one day.

My name is Eddie and I'm playing for theLotter for some time now(Registered since July this year), initially just to play my local lottery, but then I played the foreign lotteries as well. I saw the unfair review below, which was clearly was written by their competitor so I decided to write back, without any encouragement from theLotter staff, but just to recommend on this service.

Thelotter site is user-friendly and comprehensive, their customer support is super nice and when I had issue with my personal details, they fixed it quickly. All the tickets that I bought were uploaded to the site on time. Regarding the wins, I received every win till now(though I didn't have big ones) and they had few millionaires that were published on national and international media in the last few years. If NY times and CNN are writing about you good review, so you're honest.

Please don't pay attention to the bad review that were written below, they are completely fake. Honest to god, thelotter is by far one of the best partners I ever met in my life and I recommend on them to all of my friends

The industry poseessingbwith its newcomers having the sector of providing assurance you got the lotter.com.it has a great enthusiasm on showing andvvoarding its features and plans that got everyones get attacted to do it but thus when it comes to joining its depreves the valuation of noney of some usefull dollar counts , when you want to use thd money for a cause its not working properly.having the joining and respective similar problem you faced there was more valuable things you got cllosed to it after you call the customer centre in a scam

I purchsed 3 online tickets from thelotter.com, once paid, I am not able to login to their website. I sent a mail to customer support. no response. Its a trap, once you pay your money through Card its gone.it is big SCAM dont ever buy tickets from thelotter.com

Part -I

I have had a bitter experience with this company called "thelotter.com"   from where I used to buy lottery tickets. They have a scheme called " refer a friend and get a bonus credited to your account". Once I wrote to them and specifically sought clarification that I could refer relatives ( my wife) from the same house hold and be entitled for the bonus provided the referred person does not use the same IP address as the referrer.

After I referred my wife and she registered through my invite and she started playing from a different web address. However they did not give me  the promised bonus of $25 and later brought a new rule saying persons within the same household cannot be referred under. So I left it at that.

Recently, I referred another male person of Bengaluru and the lotter.com confirmed that he registered on this April 14, 2015 and had started to buy tickets from them and that would be paid the bonus of $25 by the automated system within 72 hours (though in their FAQ it is clearly mentioned that bonus will be credited with 24 hours) Still I had waited for the 72 hours. As I write this,  the bonus has not been credited to my account, Now they write saying that they are investigating into this matter. What is there to investigate? Earlier in my wife's case also they wrote in the same way and I never got the bonus because they changed the rule. Now to what mischief they are up to, only time will tell.

In my next part I will narrate more details and more of my experience. Can outside people claim the prize if they won. I will write about it in my next part.  I have documentary evidence for all my statements.

I have copies of all the mails I wrote to them and the replies received.
