I have paid a huge amount of Rs. 35000/- for the matrimonial alliance of my daughter. But I am very sorry to say that the reputed company SYCORIAN is just a fake matrimony company. These people are just playing with the feelings of the parents.
Before registration they used to call me 10 – 15 times in a day but after getting money they have never called up and even when I used to call them they have never picked up my call but yes whenever I called up from different numbers then only they responded.
On calling 100 times they have sent only 3-4 proposals that too are fake or non matching. Even the marketing people working there are totally fraud, Varun Rana (9654992083) And Niharika (9899458648) are the two people who were said that they are handling my case but even these people don’t know how to talk. They always talk in disrespect and said abusive words to me and for my daughter.
I have raised a complaint before also and the official said that they will take necessary action but till now no action has been taken. I have spent a huge amount for my daughter’s marriage and I only know that how I have paid this much huge amount trusting the words of Varun Rana (Mobile no. 9654992083). I want my money to be back now and even want other parents not to trust these fraud people. These people know only how to play with the emotions and feelings of the people.
We do pay just trusting their words but failed to understand that these people are big frauds and know just making money. They even don’t care for the sentiments of spending money. Please take necessary action against this fraud company and specially people like Varun Rana (Mobile no. 9654992083) And Niharika (9899458648). At least they should understand how to speak to the customers. I am feeling loss of my money, respect by registering to these fraud people.

Dear Madam,
This has reference to the above subject matter and my subsequent visit to your office dated: 21.10.2013 and interaction with Ms.Geet at front desk.
We have availed service for match making for Re-marriage of my sister through your executive Mr.Varun Rana on 02.10.2013 after their rigorous follow up for over 2 months with my mother and at last we wished to avail the service by paying required fees/service charges @ Rs. 35000 /- (in cash) for the package as discussed.
We hereby regret to inform you that its been over 20 days now and we are totally dissatisfied with the services and interactions in last 3 weeks by your service team, coordinator or customer support executives. Its been almost 3 weeks now and we have only received 5 Nos.bio data for groom as required and sorry to inform you that none of them is as per our requirement as been explained to Mr. Varun during his visit to our home.
We have clearly specified our requirements to your executive and despite of fact the details shared with us were not vulnerable; rather the package offered to us was explained that our details shall be shared with the other party and only short listed bio data shall be shared with us; but the 5 Nos. bio data sent have been discarded because ether the party want issue less girl or else the age of groom is almost 1.5 times the girl.
Also kindly record that Mr. Varun is not picking our call stating that he is busy in meetings and when a call is being made from another no. he pick up the call in 1 bell .does it shows ethics? or else we should consider that just because we have made the payment now their is no need for your people to fulfill our need.
Mr. Varun and Ms.Niharika have been putting us to each other and after 3 weeks we have been even on worse state rather what we were on 1 Oct 2013 because atleast we were trying to find a match at our end which we stopped after availing your services.
Mr. Varun has committed to send minimum 10 bio data per week but I hope you can see the result from 5 details in 3 weeks; we availed this service by paying high charges as compared to your competitors just to make the match ASAP but the discourage response have made us feel our mistake on relying the money making organization rather then service oriented.
We badly feel cheated from such a reputed organization and would not want to continue any more with this service as we have seen the initial 3 weeks interaction which has been a totally unprofessional and highly dissatisfied approach.
We may request you to please STOP this service and refund our amount.
