How can we even allow them to operate? They cooked up 50 plus leads for the global Finance courses we coach. We paid then 1, 18, 000 in August 2025. Once we started questioning them repeatedly for the lack of leads, they got agitated. Then the false leads began hitting us. They even cooked up courses these'leads' wanted. For example, someone with the name Faisal wanted CPA, someone else - Mani wanted ACCA. Like this 48 Plus more so called leads. On calling each of them, they wondered what we were talking about, many wanted to know how we even got their name and telephone number right. Many were upset as we were talking to minors and parents questioned us. The response from the leadership team of Sulekha was pathetic. No one seemed to own up this mess. We had depended on Sulekha for our business since 2011 and they were giving us fairly decent business. However since our renewal of listing contract where we paid them almost double the earlier fee, the business completely dipped down. We have no other go as of now except to have a legal battle with them.

I had a terrible experience with Sulekha.com. They made so many false promises when I signed up for their makeup services subscription. Before payment, they were constantly following up and assuring me of quality leads and support. But once I made the payment, there was zero response! Nobody answered my calls or addressed my concerns. The customer support is pathetic, and they are completely unprofessional.

I feel cheated and regret trusting them. If you're thinking about subscribing to their services—don’t! It’s a complete waste of money and time. Very disappointing experience.

This is one of the worst app which we have ever used. We r from company called global n we have taken leads .. Firstly there s no genuine enquiry it's total waste of money. Whe. We call this leads no genuine enquiry. I want to file a complaint against this company for looting the customers.

We raised request for house maid on SulekhaDotCom, our request was reviewed by 2 service providers. The one of them I.e. Raj Home Care, Virar, Mumbai( having 5 star rating 10/10) called and assured us to provide maid service as per our requirement. He sent photo & biodata of maids and asked for ₹10k advance for one month salary and registration.

After receipt of advance, he blocked our num. We communicated Sulekha customer care through several mails & phone calls but their response is not positive, just killing time. We also complained to National Cyber Crime, As per investigation of NCRP, scammer is from Virar-Palghar, Mumbai having bank account with Fino Bank, Virar, Mumbai. The NCRP forwarded our complaint to local police.

The Sulekha have not blocked account of Raj Home Care till this date & not displayed our negative review about them since last 2 weeks, indicating that Sulekha supports scammers & ignores grievance of innocent people.

I applied for boot camp, the guy called me and said they have a job in Deliotte and its $65 /h and need $50 to save the space, I paid the 50 then realized this may not legit and checked online. I asked the proof of job, didn't give me, when I backed out, they called me 5am PST TO ALL DAY, said the job is under my name and can't remove it HUH?! , then I told them they are not legit, the guy disappeared, another lady called me and yelling at me for rejecting them. Dear Friends,

I want to share my recent experience with Sulekha.com to warn others about their misleading practices, especially if you're considering purchasing their travel leads package.

As a small business owner in the travel industry, I decided to invest in their paid leads package, hoping it would generate genuine customer inquiries and help grow my business. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a huge disappointment and a costly mistake.

?? Here’s What Happened:

1. Fake or Irrelevant Leads: Most of the leads provided were either fake or completely irrelevant. Many contacts either didn’t respond or denied ever showing interest in travel services.

   
   




2. No Refund Policy: Despite raising multiple complaints and providing proof of invalid leads, Sulekha.com refused to refund or address the issue.

Think Twice Before Buying: Do thorough research before investing in any paid services offered by Sulekha.

Verify Lead Quality: Ask for a trial or sample leads before committing to any package.

Report and Review: If you've had a similar experience, report it to cyber authorities and leave honest reviews to warn others.

Waste of Money: Sulekha's Empty Promises and No Leads" not interest leads provide to to particular process Do NOT waste your hard-earned money on Sulekha's supposed lead generation services. We made the mistake of trusting them twice to provide us with quality leads for our business, and it was an utter disappointment from start to finish. leads closing settlement they well call continously and harrse to takwe contake and collect the money 11800 rs including GSt after that noproper service provide and cheating the middle class people and start up company in hyderabad KHAIRTHABAD BRANCH, MANGERS GIVE FRAUD AN FALSE PROMISES . Despite their promises of delivering targeted leads, we didn't receive a single worthwhile lead from them. It's as if our money vanished into thin air, with nothing to show for it. The leads they did send were either completely irrelevant to our business or were clearly fake. To add insult to injury, their customer service was abysmal. When we reached out to them about the lack of leads, they were unresponsive and unhelpful, showing no concern for the fact that they had essentially robbed us of our investment. Save yourself the frustration and avoid Sulekha at all costs. They're nothing more than a scam company that preys on unsuspecting businesses, taking their money without delivering on their promises. We'll be taking our business elsewhere, and we strongly advise others to do the same.

On 11 th December 2024 I posted in sulekha my requirement for civil Mason and they provide me the name of some one Zaidi whose mobile number is gurugram for my bathroom renovations and waterproofing job for my residence in PWO SOCIETY SECTOR 43 IN Gurugram .He took the job and only completed the waterproofing which costs only Rs7000 as per his estimate which he gave us before starting job, we paid RS 20000 all total, he only did waterproofing worth Rs 7000 and took away Rs 13, 000 which he took from us for purchasing tiles.Now he left undone my bathroom renovation job and taking away the whole Rs 13000.He is not picking up our call.

So be sure which person you are hiring from Sulekha.

After you register, they call you and ask you to pay the amount. After payment, they will keep saying nannies will be sent for interview. But at the end of the day they don't send it. After somedays of follow up they stop responding and wont provide the refund also. Such a bad and frustrating experience with loss of money and time. The worst mistake that I could do was to think that sulekha.com was a good medium for business. I was thinking of taking a plan from sulekha.com to expand my business. The next day I get an information in Next Gen Computer's WhatsApp group that Next Gen Computer has been duped by making a wrong commitment. This is a group of fraud people who just find a way to cheat money. He sent the recording of the conversation with the representative of Sulekha.com in the WhatsApp group in which many good business people are involved. Due to his move many people canceled the idea of ??taking any plan from sulekha.com. Please do not invest in sulekha.com even by mistake.

As a study abroad consultant Sulekha came work high promises to provide quality leads but they failed to do and their staff Mahesh and Nisha Waikar can fool you so easily saying ticket is raised and will get a call from Chennai to resolve with no solutions. Sulekha train their stash to patiently listen to the complaints until you’re package exhaust towers are simply frauds. According to them spam numbers are genuine leads to study abroad

As the question is specific to Mumbai, let me list down a few major players for JEE coaching-

I would like to share my personal experience here as I had joined Rao classes for my coaching. Let me break down my experience in various factors-

Location- Right next to station, it was very simple to commute. I had joined them at Dadar.

Faculty- Experienced and helpful. They were usually present to solve our doubts and repeat concepts if we didn’t understand.

Infrastructure- Moderate classroom size with about 50–60 students in each class. Staff was very attentive to our needs and considered our feedback w.r.t classes and faculty

Parent interaction- This was helpful as parents were concerned about child’s progress. An overall report was shared with parents which also helped in identifying student’s weak areas and work on those.

To add, what my parents and I liked most about them was that they genuinely cared for the student’s progress and did everything in their capacity to help them achieve it. I am not sure I can say that about all the players in the market(based on my friends experiences)

Of course, with all this, self study was equally important!
