First To Spinny Management, I am writing to express my concerns regarding your centralized customer service in Delhi. It seems they are disconnected from local operations and are not in tune with customer needs. They appear unaware of the status of support tickets and provide no updates. Additionally, this team is difficult to reach. Using the app to raise issues has been ineffective, as it lacks proper responses.
It has been extremely frustrating trying to contact the central customer care team, as they always promise to follow up but never do. This lack of communication caused me to cancel all my plans, as I had no information on what was wrong with my car or when it would be delivered.
Fortunately, I managed to get in touch with Nagaraj, who provided updates and ensured the issues were addressed.
I would like to commend Nagaraj, Sujendra from ground team and Nayan from the Spinny escalation team for their excellent service. I would rate their assistance a 5. However, I would give the central team a 0. I urge you to establish local post-sales support teams in every location where Spinny operates.
Thanks to Mr. Nagaraj and Mr. Sujendra for personally intervening and resolving my car issues. They were supportive, professional, and customer-focused.
