I just want to share my personal experience with solo cabs. I have booked a cab Bangalore to Shirdi, Nashik. My pickup time was 4 am so while booking I was scared whether the car would arrive at the given time or not. Then I decided to try solo cabs. The experience was amazing the driver came at 3 am and waited for us for 1 hour without any waiting charges. And help us in visiting all the local sightseeing in Shirdi to Nashik

They took good care before and after the my journey, the driver was nice, helpful, cooperative and polite also. But there is a need for a more knowledgeable driver, an interactive driver should share the knowledge tourists. Overall great service. Continue this,

I book my cab from Mumbai to Manali and Nashik from Solo Cabs. And had a great experience with him. Book an SUB cab where I can get any SUV car but after requesting from my side that I need only Innova, they provide me the same. Driver Mr. Rajesh is very genuine person and helped us with all the local sightseeing and arranged hotel for us within our budget.

Till now I have got the best car service from Solo Cabs. After reading many reviews I am a little worried I called the customer care center and the cab booking manager give me the correct details. I booked a cab form Delhi to Ayodhya on this Solo Cabs app. And I had also made advance payment of Rs 3681. My booking ID number was 6319/2024 but believe me the service was very good. Driver Mr. Nahar Dev was the best I had in this city, he was polite and considerate of time and took me to all the places and also gave many suggestions. I loved the round trip journey from Noida to Shimla by Solo Cabs company taxi. Which I had booked about 15 hours in advance. Was searching for a taxi on different websites to go from Noida to Lucknow. Generally, this taxi was very cheap but I always check different websites for discount etc.

This time I got Rs 800. Solo Cabs get discounts on every cab booking. I knew that there would be some conditions attached like advance booking etc. So I called their call center and spoke to an agent, he was very polite. He said there is no restriction on fare and I can get it for any cab, but only maximum one on my token code. Trusting him(sorry, I don't remember her name), I went ahead with the taxi booking I got Rs 800. Discount on my Rs 5999/- My booking ID number was 5439/2024. Really nice and very helpful.

I was looking for a one way cab from Jaipur to Pune, as my parents were thinking of travelling. So I was a little worried thinking about the parents. I checked Solo Cabs' website and found that their quoted prices were competitive. I called their customer care number and felt reassured after taking to the representative.

The person also helped me book the itinerary. And had also made advance payment of 4385/2023 within one hour. And my cab(Dezire) came, it was also good and the journey was comfortable.

Since my experience was good I booked a cab(accent) again from Solo Cabs for the return trip to my parents after a week.

I had booked through Solo Cabs to travel to Delhi between December 26, 2023 and December 29, 2023. My booking Id number was 2565. I would like to share my experience that service I received was excellent. The driver always reached the venue on time, was very neatly dressed and always had a smile on his face.

They provided us free hot water in the car every day. since I was with my wife and one year old child, I was always worried about rough driving, but I was surprised when the driver drove us to a very safe place while keeping the speed limit in mind. Same driver and great service again.

We took Yamuna Expressway to reach Agra and complete security was ensured. everything went according to plan and would definitely recommend it to everyone. Thank you.

I called Solo Cabs and explained my problem and they refunded my advance payment. And give me the token. And said that whenever you make a booking, do it through Solo Cabs. Car service was excellent. More Importantly, Solo Cabs responded immediately to the email I sent regarding payment issues- I am outside India and could not pay the advance fee using an international credit card, which they charged through PayPal. Took through. Resolved through. Customer service emails were prompt and clear. When the car arrived I faced minor issues due to not having an India mobile phone number, but these were easily resolved .

Booked Solo Cabs online before the journey and the process was seamless. When my flight was delayed I had to change the pick-up time; Spoke to customer service who immediately changed the booking after email confirmation. Received a message from the driver well before the 2 hours deadline and easily coordinated with him at the airport. The driver was expected. Overall, very happy with the experience with Solo Cabs and would definitely use them again.
