I ordered and paid in advance for 2 products - in spite of numerous mails , queries, phone calls these BS are neither returning the money nor sending any products - only apology mails and assurance that they want to have long term relationships are sent - response copied below

when is the payment being refunded? 40 days since the transaction and 30 days after return - are you doing the QC on MICROSCOPE and only a small part of an item is looked at each day for processing the refunds?
