Purchased a kurti from this website for 199 and paid online completely. But on delivery the guy took COD also 199 from me and then I called the customer care number then log a complain and gave me a wrong Complain number. I paid twice for the kurti and noone even took my complain. I called many times and then gave me

Pathetic in every aspect.

a. My order was bungled, this was not even registered while payment was done

b. When tried to contact customer care, couldn't connect.

c. When mailed them, they sent a standard reply even without looking at the complain!

d. Even after 35 days(see attached picture), product was not even dispatched from their side!

e. Finally after 5 complains in 30 days, they agreed to refund, which is yet to be received.

when is the payment being refunded? 40 days since the transaction and 30 days after return - are you doing the QC on MICROSCOPE and only a small part of an item is looked at each day for processing the refunds?

There is  scheme which says that if product is on sale and ready to ship and also above 500 then you will get 20% discount by applying code CLEAR20. but I'm not able to use that discount. I called customer care they said we are from sales department I called another number they said we are customer care call consulting department . Then a rude lady called and she was clueless why I am not getting that discount. I have never seen such a bad service and irregularities.

Please be aware of flashy schemes offered by them.

I had ordered Ladies Suits, Bed sheets n Sarees. First came the ladies un-stitched suit, the quality of the product was horrible. I immediately cancelled all other orders but of no avail. They ship only junk or very old unsold stocks.

Every One Please Read this:-

I have placed two orders first on 6-08-2012 order #SMA 0280329** which was cancelled by your side and no refund has been made till date and the second order was placed on 15-08-2012 order no. SMA0300335 for which I was told that it will get dispatched in 3 to 4 days but till date the order has not been shipped. I was told many times that the order will ship tomorrow but the tomorrow never came.

Personally, I feel this is totally wastage of time and money to shop with seventymm.com. I request all out there do not trust on seventymm.com false promises. They will make you fool every day but will never find any solution to the problem.

I ordered for fenda speakers on 16th Aug received it on 24 Aug. Not as quick as flipkart but better than yebhi.com. Web coding is pathetic.

Everyone's default password is welcome. After reading the reviews I was sceptic about even receiving my speaker. and yes the speakers were the cheapest  among all other e-commerce sites around Rs 400 lesser than flipkart. Would have rated higher if the site were friendly and delivery quick.

I had ordered few items from them on 9th Aug 2012. Its been 15 days I am getting one products in one week, I got a email saying would you like to wait or cancel the order on 19 Aug 2012. In which I opted to wait. Again, I got a email saying would you like to wait or cancel the order on 24 Aug 2012. In which I opted to wait, this started the magic.

I didn’t got the full ordered items yet after 15 dayy, they cancelled the order and started refund process which not revert.

After contacting Customer care and talking with Prabhakar (Floor Supervisor - Who was very rude and using Rawady language like file police complain, read T& C before purchase) came to know remaining items of order are not in stock. I asked him then why webstite is still taking order, he said it is like that only, we will take order and cancel them after 7 days. So After placing order to process 7 days and 7 days or refund.They cheaters just using our money to gain interest..

As being a shopping portal these guys does not know how to talk and react to customer complaints. At the end they cancelled my order and sent me a auto generated email regarding the same. Experience with SeventyMM.com has been the worst I have faced buying things online.

This is one company that is a total rip off when it comes to online shopping. You can make out from the hundreds of negative reviews right here on mouthshut. They conveniently deliver the wrong products and then ask you to courier it all the way back to Mumbai and then wait for a refund.

I ordered two sets of bed sheets in black and red and receive a totally different product in purple. When I asked customer care about it they said it wasn't in stock so they sent another color. How can they be so blatant and who are they to decide what color to send without even informing the customer that a product is out of stock.

Never ever think of shopping online with them. Total cheats.

I have got the Reebok Deodorant Mfg date Aug-2010 in this month i.e in Aug-2012.

Somehow hooked on to their promotion and had such a worst experience that though to warn others. First of all lead time of delivery was around 10 days since order placing and after that started receiving the order in bits and pieces then finally was informed that atleast 35 to 40% of the ordered goods will be delivered with another 10 days delay and do I need refund. Out of the undelivered goods cancelled half and asked for refund while half was ready to accept with delay. All of a sudden then received a mail informing that order for the whole lot of undelivered goods has been cancelled and refund will be proceeded in 10 working days.

There is no way that I will be using their services anymore, because:

i) Service is too poor.

ii) Lead time of delivery is poorest.

iii) Since you can't talk to anybody, exchange is out of question.

iv) Refund policy is typical shop like, i.e once purchased you are stuck.

We were supposed to get a unstitched suit within 10 days of placing the order.

1. The delivery date is visible only when you go to make the payment.

   
   




2. The goods we selected were shown to be "in stock".

   
   

We got a mail on 2nd August 2012 saying that the shipment is ready but it may reach late due to some unknown reason, means we have to wait. We get a follow-up mail after 4 days that the shipment is delayed but the goods are dispatched, means wait for more days.

We got no goods and no information. So, after final wait period + holidays + the "working hours only after 10am", we contacted the call-centre. After the goods were dispatched 2 times and shipment/cargo was delayed both times, they said they were "OUT OF STOCK".

The refund is under process and it will take another 7-10 working days to get processed. Means, keep waiting. It would be more than a month and end up with nothing really.

I may be the lucky customer who is somewhat happy with seventymm.com.Well I placed my order for a tablet as this site was offering the cheapest price.During checkout I was happy to get additional 5% discount as a welcome code.This is my first experience with seventy MM so I opted for cash on delivery.After 4 days I received my package.I do online shopping often so I was very satisfied.Sometimes even Ebay, snapdeal or yebhi took 15 days to deliver an item.

When I opened the package I found that the 3D glass frame which comes with the tablet as an accessory is broken.The tablet box was sealed and all other items were in order.May be in transit it happened.So I called seventymm customer care.To my surprise the 1st solution He provided is to buy another 3d glass or "Sir, You can still watch 3D clips na as only the left arm of the frame is broken".at that moment I got angry and said is this what you call customer support? Then He asked me to send a photo of the glass to their email.I did it next day.

15 days passed nothing happened.So I posted my complaint online.Got a response 3 days after.They wrote that that 3D glass is not in stock now.They placed their order to the original company  of the tablet.Once they got it, they will send it immediately.Then again 10 more days passed.Posted another complaint today.Lets see what happens.
