I have been a victim of an Extremely Atrocious and Pathetic Services from https://seventymm.com
To give you a summary of the case, I had ordered for Monte Carlon Combo - 1 Jacket & 1 Cardigan (Charcoal and Lightgrey) - Order No. SMA0536162 and I was sent wrong products - 3 Pullovers. Hence, I spoke to Mr. Srinath and lodged a complaint on the same (Complaint No - 1832363) and I was being told to send the product back and when requested for the courier pick-up, they stated that they don't have that facility. Hence, I had to spend my time and money sending the product back to them. (Via professional couriers vide AWB # BLR575040220
Later I received the right product which is of SMALLER SIZE !!! (Order No. W0A0574942) I had ordered for a "Large" size and the ones I had received could barely fit me !!! There is no tag of the brand nor the size mentioned in the product. When I called up to complain the same, I was told by Ms. Shruti to send the product back again and she would process the refund (Refer complaint no - 1911939). Again I had to run around to courier the product back for no fault of mine. I couriered the product on 10th Feb ’13 via Professional Couriers (AWB# BLR575041807) on 10th Feb which was received by https://seventymm.com on 12th Feb ’13.
I had to raise multiple requests till 21st Feb to know the status - Via website (Complaint No - 1931351) and calls. I don't understand why would a company make their customer to run around from pillar to post just to recieve the correct item I had ordered for. I unnecessarily wasted my time and money to send the products back multiple times and calling their call center who does not give me any response / resolution.
Now the resolution given for my complaint No - 1931351 is - From your mail we would like to inform you that under our 3 day Replacement Policy, you have to register the complain within 24 hours from the time you have received the product. We would like to clarify that once you have registered a complaint with us, you have 2 days from then to return the product back to our nearest Seventymm warehouse. Failed to do this, your complaint registered has been voided and closed. No further action would be taken after this.
When I spoke to Ms. Shruthi, she never mentioned me about these so called your Replacement Policy... Shruthi had promised me a refund... Where did this Replacement Policy come into picture now !!! When you had sent me the wrong product and again ones which is of a smaller size, I had sent it back without any complaints and this is the way they treat their customer !!!
I called their call center again on and spoke to Mr. Dinesh on 22nd Feb ’13 and explained the issue in brief.. He was more interested in placing me on mute and chatting with his colleagues than helping me with my issue !!! Amazing customer service !!!
He then came back and told me that Ms. Shruthi would call me the same day... Its been four days and you guys never returned my call till date... Very professional service !!!
Please be careful when shopping with these guys.. Their products do not have any brand tags.. They charge you with atrocious rates and make you run around from pillar to post if you have any complaints. I still haven't received the product that I have sent them back and till date there is no response from them except for a mail from them that they cant help me further !!!
