Ordered flowers on higher price for valentine's day 14th feb 2016.order no. is 145060112. In-spite of so many reminders product did not delivered till the time(15th feb 1250pm) and they people are refusing to return money saying will delivery today by 10pm. so strange.

1. what is the point to deliver today?

3. If we paid special price for valentines day then there is no point to take delivery on next day.

   
   

I need my money back and following up with executives but they refused to pay or no reply.

Sendmygift is a run by a bunch of fake people who are waiting to only grab money from people.

I had ordered a cake and gifts for Valentine's day. Before ordering had taken a confirmation as well. But thanks to this crap shitty site my order wasnt delivered at mid night nor on Valentine's day. MY ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED AT ALL.

Their mid night delivery schemes are all fake. These ppl do not have a customer care service at all. Their contact numbers do not work and onlinD

Beware of this fake site. Do not buy anything from this site. They cheat people and now they are not even refunding the money back.

Sendmygift is an online gift delivery company. I make 2 orders 5 days before Valentine day and land up paying them 1400/- for 2 boutique of flowers and few chocolates, they took extra charge for midnight delivery on 13 Feb, but unfortunately still these people have not delivered it on 15 Feb. Do not use this service, my friend received somebody's else gift from some other name and number.

These people do not respond calls, none of their online service associate chats and help. you will cry taking follow up to them. very bad service, Mr. CEO(Send My Gift) please close this website, you people are of no use. Pathetic service, Please let me know the process for refund. Order # 145040166 & 321. You have my details in your system to call me back.

I booked a bouquet on 13 th feb, they didn't inform me on 14th, the whole day phone was busy that is so called customer care,

Track your order feature in website was not working.They have live chat feature in which support team can not track your order.

Finally valentines gone but product didn't deliver.I wrote mail regarding status they didn't reply till 48 hrs, still awaited.

I don't know they will refund my money or not because nobody is in direct picture.Please be aware to purchase anything from them.

They are cheaters and frauds.

This is the worst website in the entire world to send gifts. Never deliver on time.

Forget about on time, you are lucky if your gift is delivered. Customer care response is even worst. No communication skills.

My rating is 0. This company is a big cheating company. BIG ZERO. SENDMYGIFT.com has "We deliver emotions' tag line. Really weird. "We play with emotions" is perfect tag line(motto). Please do not encourage such junk people.

Had planned for surprise mid night cake delivery in Pune on valentines day(order id# 145057886) Had paid extra amount also for mid night delivery. But forget about mid night delivery, valentine day is over and these bloody ppl didn't deliver it at all.

Their call centre is not responding, mail Id provided is fake one. I searched on net and came to know I am not the only one who got suffered. Saw hundreds of complaints on consumer complaint forum. Thank u sendmygifts.com for screwing up hundreds of people's day

At least now hoping to get my amount back! Pls do not ever order from this fake website

The most unprofessional folks ever. When placing the order, I specifically asked if it'd be delivered in the requested timeline and the CS agent was more than prompt to commit that she'd take care of the same.

I placed the order, but the day is coming to an end and still there is no sign of me receiving anything from their end. Not only did they ruin a special moment for me, they are callous and have the audacity to disconnect calls and chats without any response. Their escalation guy came online on chat and then did not even reply once. I kept watiing for freaking 30 mins to even get a response to which another CS agent later replied - "We try our best".

Are you nuts? This is bloody competitive world and am sure sites like you won't survive the next festive season. May you fall down like anything for such criminal ways of extorting money from customers.

I have ordered for flowers and cake My order no was 145054188 But these people have neither delivered the order, nor given any revert about my queries.

The Customer Service people didn't picked up my call even after repeated callings at 080-4654XXXX

And further even the manager of the company by the name Archiya, contact no. 96200XXXXX is also least concerned about the concerns of the customers.

Finally the manger, Archiya had given me an option that I can cancel my order and the company will refund the money. But I have not received the confirmation mail from their side even after repeated reminders

Now when I am calling Archiya, he is not picking up my call. Neither I have received any revert from the company regarding refund of my amount nor have received my order.

So this is the company with bunch of unethical, unprofessional, fraud people who I believe is running a fraud company

My sincere advise not to use their services

This is the worst site.  Don't ever bother ordering anything from them.  The online service chat support is really bad, they don't respond at all. I have been trying to get in touch with them just to know the status of my order, and there is no one who is updating me.

All they do is transfer the chat to other teams which don't bother to answer.  their email id keep bouncing back.  tried emailing them also.  I tried this for the first time and I regret this.  NO ONE PLEASE ORDER FROM THEM.  YOU WILL REGRET.  THEY JUST TAKE THE MONEY BUT TO PROVIDE SERVICE THEY ARE PATHETIC.

One of the worst online portals I've come across.  They were proactive when it comes to taking order, promised me to deliver on 14th morning, even took extra charge for morning delivery.

Order never reached, I went on site and contacted live chat, they would start the start but as soon as I talk about my order they'll vanish.   No one is picking up the phone.

These are guys are Scam, DON'T DON'T DON'T FALL FOR THEM.

Sendmygift don't keep their promises. I had ordered a cake to deliver it on midnight for my Hubbys birthday which should be deliver at 12 even I paid extra amount for midnight delivery.

The time is hitting to 12 and I am waiting for the surprise cake, but to my surprise they didnt come at 12:(.

I called to the team and asked for an update and they confirmed they are on the way and will be reaching in just 10minutes. But they reached after 40+ minutes. Where my surprise to him is fully became flop, utter flop. But we had fun because of later surprise;).

Even paying extra amount for midnight delivery they didnt stand on their promise which is really not fair, as people will be having so many plans to give surprises to their loved ones. But its not a worth to buy with sendmygift.com

Even if you are few customers having good experience. That Does NOT mean, this is good website. I have 100 percent proof that this is irresponsible and fraud website.

What is issue:

I placed order for " Printed Mugs" and I was told on call I will get within 4 days.

But, after that it was worst of the worst experience. Contacted many times and got delivery after 2 weeks.

They sent me some couple( man and women, personalized photo)

It look like those people from kerala or somewhere in south.

So, this useless fellows send another people personalized photo to me.

HOW can this kind of irresponsible idiots send person photos of other people?

Immediately I contacted them. Even sent written email.

After that I got 2 emails saying we are working on that. That too after a week. And after 15 days I got call and this useless fellow asking me. Whether I got new mug

I asked him, how useless you are, if you are from same company, if you dispatch the parcel, you will have courier name, courier number which you can easily track. Also I asked him provide me courier name and number. This worst fellows said, he don't know whether it is sent or not. And said he will contact again and disconnected call.

EXPERT customer. having complete knowledge of computers, online shopping etc

Struggle for more than a month. That too many times

And even asked them to connect me with CEO and higher level managers but,

this fraud idiots not resolve the issue.

There is no question of forgetting about this worst fraud website.

Do not even think of purchasing, even if it sound too good offer.

I can provide the proof with any department.

I would like to share my first and last worst experience with https://sendmygift.com . This website is irresponsive. My order ID: 145037440 was to be delivered in between 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.(standard delivery), but it is 10:30 p.m and has not yet been delivered.

The tracking option provided by the website is irresponsive. After calling to the customer support no. 08046544444, the customer care executive officer had put me on hold for about 13 minutes and then disconnected the call without any response. I have called for more than 8 times, and every time these people were putting me on hold for more than 10 minutes.(the support number is not toll-free) Many times two or more than two calls were merged together, for which they asked us to disconnect the call and try again. The mail id provided by them, i.e., cs@sendmygift.com has also not replied.

This website has spoiled my whole plan. I request you to not make any orders from this website, as they will surely spoil your events.

I also had a worst experience and would like to share my bad experience with Send My Gift. ordered a ANNIVERSARY CAKE AND FLOWER BOUQUET(Order No. 145033990). Called the call center 3 times 1st time the executive kept me on hold for 5 minutes then disconnected. 2nd time I called he said I will get back to u me in a hour its almost 2 hours now and still no reply. I tried to track the order on their site and that also does not work properly. still the gift has not reached the destination. Awaiting a call from the company. I have send gifts from many other companies and they have all reached on time, this was my first and last experience with u people.

AFTER 2 HOUR:  Again I called your call center your executive replies your vendor is not replying and he is trying to send the gift or else we will refund the amount. Well done boss nice reply, we all trust your company and place a order with you and this is how you people handle your clients. Every occasion has a sentimental value to it and you will just say you cant deliver the gift well done. This happens only in India if it would be some other country you would have packed your bags and left long back. Awaiting the order still and a call from your company.

CALL RECEIVED FROM THE COMPANY: Finally got a call saying we cant deliver the order, and we will refund the money. We are sorry, boss how does your sorry help if your company is not capable of doing bushiness atleast have the decency to call in the early hours and say we cant do it, so atleast we can place a order to someone else. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND PATHETIC.

Please avoid buying midnight cake from sendmygift. They took extra charges for  midnight delvery, and made an attempt to deliver it next day around 11pm when no one could be at home.

They delivered it to our neighbor. On top of that, the cake was also stale.

Only plus point is that they attend to your grievances. Ideally they should pay back for the extra charge of midnight delivery, as had not delivered the service. Its been very long time and despite several mails, they have not taken care of it.

I have heard from many that they are not prompt in delivering midnight cake on time. Please dont spoil your plans by ordering from this site.
