I am a member of Second Shadi.com and when ever I login to this site they request me to upgrade account and send upgrading fee and on 22nd of Dec.2018 one lady chat with me on this site as a staff member of this site with the name of Manoj and lot of request me to send upgrading fee to upgrade the account once I send send the upgrading fee after that they start excusing to upgrade my profile and one day That Lady Ms. Renuks told me in email I was chating with you with the name of Manoj.

And next again I remind to upgrade my account they ask my bank account details then I deny to give them my bank account detail then they reply without that we can't upgrade your profile then I says I don't want to give my bank account details to anyone.

Then next day they mail me and was asking me again to send bank Account number with money transferring number I send money transfer all receipts and after that now today is 07th of Jan. 2019 my profile not upgraded and whenever I am sending reminding males they are not replying because they already got my profile upgrade fee.

Very worse service they are only for upgrading fee.

Take Care All of You And Think many times before transferring upgrading fee.

One of my manager was a paid member in my earlier organization of SecondShaadi.com, he always used to visit this website in the evening and literally used to ask everyone about the our opinion on the search results given by SecondShaadi.com.

I understand how desperate he or anyone becomes at certain age to get married but becoming a paid member of SecondShaadi.com by paying their premium charges nobody get's doughter or Bill Gates or son of Ambani. It's all about correct match so to get the correct match I guess you don't need to pay to the site, just keep on searching and keep on sending likes. I wish the people who are searching for soul mate on SecondShaadi.com and reading this review will get the one.

Our manager tried hard his luck but nothing worked as per his expectation, finally he married someone from his community gathering. The main point is SecondShaadi.com didn't work and I have seen many people stated their search by signing up on SecondShaadi.com as free and end up by paying hefty membership charges.

Homestly, I was surprised at reading the reviews before me on Mouthshut. I was expecting that people who have used this site would really like it.

I have been a member of this site for over a year, looking for a potential husband after my divorce 5 years back. I opened my profile on mutiple sites but became a premium memmber only on SS. For the biggest reason that the profiles on the site were somewhat in the same category as me. I think the fact that almost everyone thought at the same level was very imp.

It took sometime but I finally found my match on SS. Both of us loved the opportunity that the site gave us to connect.

another good thing is that they used to respond to emails very nicely. I sent some 2, 3 emails to helpdesk and I got good responses within a day. so good customer service was good.

What I liked about the site:like minded peopleregular emailslow costforum discussions

What I didnt likeslow speed, at times it took really long to loadi saw some non-married people on the site. wy?

I am sharing my views with all of you as this is a useless site, From Last one and half year I am searching my life partner on this site but only wastage of time and money.

60% profiles are fake on this site. phone nos provided by them are wrong.some profiles are not viewable even members accept them.site is very very slow. more over they said we provide online chat to premium members , where as I connect aprox 100 online people for chat but never get response form any members, which proves that online chat never works at all..

Weekly matches send by them are totally dump. I am 29 yrs and they send matches to me of 55 yrs.how cheap..registered members even use abusive languages in discussion fourm.well must say that this is only a dump site

they are just here for making money business..........not to waste ur time and money on this site

There are lots of fake profiles. Very few profiles are with shadhi seal .Should be able to shortlist profiles with shadi seal , and validated contact .lost trust coz al most every profile I cameacross was fake.There should be some investigation done before profiles are uploaded.

there should be follow up service from the site to ensure that one member is still active.please look in to this seriously.

Secondshaadi. com I s  a fud I actually registered as a member 7 days back hoping to get a good user experience. I found that there are loads of problems

1) The server itself is quite slow and while browsing I keep getting My SQL database error which means the database server werent responding

2) The system does not recognise me as a premium member so many times and I also get auto e mail asking me to upgrade to a premium membership.

3) There are loads of unverified and false looking profiles. Lot of spam

4) When I initiate chat, the other use has to accept it for a dialogue. There is no system of varification if the other user has accpeted or rejected the chat. I just have to keep waiting if somebody will respond.

5) The site works extremely slow.

6) Online support is more then useless
