Initially, after I signed up with the trail plan, I was just hoping and praying that I get into a decent company, as a fresher. I even remember that I got frustrated not getting a call or mail just in the first day itself. It was obvious that I was over-expecting. But on the 3rd day, I got a confirmation that I will be joining Infosys. What better it could be. I was the happiest of all. And I will remember Roundone for jumpstarting my career.

Just a bit of advice. Don't act impatient like me. The process takes time. Stay positive and be patient. You will be placed well for sure.

Roundone provides me a good job as they have a very unique formula to provide the job. I got placed in HUL . To increase the probability of selection, they have connected me to the direct referral of the company. Less effort good job. this is my first job and I thank roundone to run this kind of service.

I recently subscribed for a trial plan for my wife with them with a expectation that at least someone will refer her in their organization. They have a limit of applying only 3 jobs per day and that too waste of time it's been more than a week but none of my referrals have contacted by wife. There is in fact no update, I was kind enough to pay them 499 for basic subscription but I guess it waste of money. Please dont beleive them and subscribe for any plan

RoundOne.in is not worth relying on; from the reliability of the their business model to their website and algorithm; everything is so superficial.

To start with, the search results will not just pull the roles that you searched for, but all kinds of roles which you may not be interested in.

However, this may not be much of a problem for most of us; Second issue is with the way referals are made, If you apply for a role once; there is no guarantee that you will be referred for that role; not just that, there is no guarantee that the referrer will even look at your application(In my case they mostly didn't) and after a few days the application just exprires.

Now, the biggest frustrating part is that you can NEVER apply for ANY OTHER role in that organzation which the original referrer had listed(Even when S/He didn't even bother looking at your application for the first application you sent). NEVER EVER

I suscribe to their services twice(Call me stupid or desperate, as you please!) and I couldn't apply for the companies where I had apply for earlier(even for different roles) just because I had applied there once, although the referrer never looked at my applications.

I even spoke to their customer service reps who are extremely soft spoken(The only positive in the entire experience) but did not give much heed to what I was trying to tell them.

I must confess, I did get a couple of calls after my application was accepted and they scheduled a discussion with the referrer and the discussions did happen.

However, the person only uploads your resume to the company's job portal and nothing much; which you could have done yourself.

So from personal experience, I would suggest make better use of that 600 rs, because these people aint going to help.

Dear Friends and Job Seeker,

Shine Career plus and Round one is totally wrong platform to invest money or your valuable time.

These people are cheated and looted many people and I am one of them.

Believe me I never spend or pay money to people who shows me the carrot, But this time I lost Rs.2999(My hard money) paying online. Than after 2 days some body called and ask for some payment which I regret and ask for the service they promise me to provide.I lost money on 17th Jan 2017 by Round One- Job Referral- Shine Career Plus registration. and the people from Round one/Shine followup me for about one month regularly. Bur I did not pay any thing and ask for the service which they promise. And now these people understood nothing can be possible so they stop calling since mid of Feb'17.

I am writing this review today(17th Mar 2017) after 2 month to alert all my friends who ever searching job, not to pay a single paisa as they are very professional cheater. Your money is yours and please pass on this massage to all.

Hope you understand my pain.

Roundone.in online jobs referral site. This site is created with an intent to cheat candidates. You pay money to get registered first. Then for each referral you need to pay-up. Most of those registered (after paying) would end up not getting called. If at all you do, you need to pay up at every stage with not guarantee for interview.

Stay away from this site, its not at all genuine. I've experienced it. Am sure, many others who are victims share the same view.
