I have ordered medicines and paid Rs 4277. But received only Rs 2968 worth medicines. Not received Rs 1309 worth medicines. Upon calling customer care they said take pictures send an email to customer care. I sent it. Got reply saying that medicines are delivered completely. We can not help in this care. They are doing it deliberately and intentionally. Better to go to nearby pharmacy and buy medicines.

Most unreliable as far qavayad delivery is concerned Never depend on them. They promised me to delivery after 2 days and supplied medicines on 4 th day. There is no one whom

Pharmeasy is just cheating the consumers and is a fraud in itself. I had 2 bad experiences with them in last 3 months which are elaborated below...

1) Few months back I was looking for PH bar soap, after checking the same on pharmeasy website it showed IN STOCK, I ordered 3 quantity of the soap. In next few mins I got a call from the pharmacist of pharmeasy saying that we only have one quantity of PH BAR in stock and she also advised me to buy another KETO soap of the same salt, I agreed to it. On delivery I only received KETO soap and PH BAR which was main medicine was not delivered as it went out of stock suddenly.

2) Last week I was in need of PH bar soap, again it showed IN STOCK on pharmeasy site, this time I ordered 1 quantity. In next few mins I got a call from the pharmacist of pharmeasy confirming the order and he advised me to buyNEEM IMMUNITY BOOSTER, I agreed again thinking that the medicine will be useful. Few days later I got a message from pharmeasy saying that PH BAR will not be delivered as it's OUT OF STOCK and Neem immunity booster is getting packed, I immediately cancelled the order

All this while I was only looking for PH BAR which showed IN STOCK every time I went to pharmeasy site but was never delivered to me saying OUT OF STOCK and other medicines advised by the pharmacist was always available and delivered on time

As for something and you will get something else in pharmeasy. Absolute fraud l. I will not even give them 1 star

Had a bad experience from delivery boy regarding payment, misbehaved with me. No positive response from customer care .

I ordered janumet 50/500 with instructions i need in proper box packs they’ve send me unbox three times and not return my money

Order medicine for critical heart patients from @pharmeasyapp , they haven't send it yet. Today is 30th days of order. Don't buy medicine from @pharmeasyapp .They scam your money and don't deliver your medicine

They haven't refunded my Rs 3100 and said already dispatched...but tracker shows preparing for dispatch

Too much late delivery.I have my prepaid order & it has been more then a week but still it hasn't been delivered yet.It's urgent need fulfillment platform where we put our order for health saving medicine.but this platform gives you false commitment for there on time delivery that they never do.please don't download this app you will also be disappointed like me.I recommend to go for another online medicine delivery platform but not PharmEasy.customer support is also unprofessional & never care.

If you directly do with a local vendor you get the same price and the report also gets delivered within 10-12 hours max. Unlike PharmEasy which takes 24 hours to deliver the same. The reason for the same : we had informed while sample collection the max duration is 24 hours. I was easily able to obtain the report directly from the partner with a phone call. Won’t be using this portal anymore.

I have placed order for a medicine on 8-oct , it was showing me tht it will be delivered to me on 9-oct before 10Am. I also got received a contact number of delivery agent in the mesg .

I tried connecting to the agent several times since morning 9:am until 10:am to confirm my availability.

However the contact number they provide never connects to the agent.

By 10:43 am I received mesg tht customer not available , delivery unsuccessful while I was at home.

Basically he never attempted to deliver.

I called up immediately to customer care helpline and she was not able to connect me to the agent not she herself was able to connect .

She told me straight forward that since you have not paid for express delivery it will be delayed and if I am willing to wait I can wait or they are not bothered they are happy to cancel the order.

Neither @pharmeasy and it’s customer care nor delivery agent none of them have any values .

• First they updated incorrect time of delivery

• Delivery agent didnot deliver and fed incorrect details stating customer not available, delivery failed.

• customer care was unwilling to resolve delivery issue

• they are not bothered about the commitment.

• Arrogant rude and mean

I ordered medicine of 2710 and pharmeasy company has not delivered me medicine worth 600 rs. Now they are telling me madam we are helpless and we can't do anything

They are not sending properly medicine and if you complain for it they don’t agree with you and not send missing medicine or not refund money too, what they explained we are checked your order was completely despatched from our iplace so sorry we can’t refund you ????I’m giving one star for cheating people ??

Pathetic delivery services, rude delivery agents, asking to come and collect the package from a different location, argumentative behaviour.

Orders are delayed. Items are unavailable.

MOST IMPORTANTLY - It is not secure at all - I ended up getting some body else's invoice with all their personal details emailed to me. When I emailed back, they didn't bother or respond. When I called them 2 weeks later(because I kept receiving order details about orders from Telangana and Mumbai), they said'oh it's a technical glitch it's fine'.

Super unsafe and unsecure. Don't use Pharmeasy.

We ordered 4 medicine but they delivered only 3 without prior information/ approval. On contacting customer care they informed that they don't have so one can understand the situation of patient

I gave my samples for blood test along with two other relatives. Its been more than 4 days but we did not receive any report. They are very ignorant and careless about this. I have been following up with them regularly but their customer support have no idea if the samples were submitted or not. They do not have any contact info of the lab centre where tests will be performed.

It has been a horrible experience. I am assuming they have misplaced the samples and if we ever get the reports, it might be modified. Cannot rely on reports if we every receive them

Orders placed through PharmEasy and Supplied by Jadhav Chemist. I am Plus Membership with PharmEasy. The Medicines found / received in a damaged conditions irrespective of repelated requests with the PharmEasy team through customer support for proper packaging of Medicines in a Box whereas shipment is packed in a Polythene Bags. After experiencing for Vymada 50mg Tablets which are Costly. After that, I request my Doctor for change Medicine and Cidamus 50 mg also received in a damaged conditions which are returned entire shipment to PharmEasy. I had ordered Novomix insulin pen of MRP 957 but received empty insulin pen. When I contacted customer care they were not ready to give me token of apology or send me another insulin pen. They lethargically advised me your return window is 3 days and closed the issue. I was told I ll get callback from customer care but none called me. All these despite me ordering in this website for more than 3 years. They don't have any concern to address customer complaints. Such a poor customer service I have never seen before.

Earlier, if we used to order medicine, we used to order today, it would have been delivered the day after tomorrow, but nowadays if I ordered today, it is taking 5 to 6 days to be delivered, it is very loose in delivery, so I log out of the pharmacy I am thank you so much

Generally the MRP displayed in their website will be more than actual MRP, so their schemes are of no use.
