Pharmeasy is providing fake report, they should understand the importance of health. I have done typhoid report in 19th in pharmeasy and get report negative but on 23rd my son has hospitalized and get the positive report

Firstly they are never on time inspite of telling them the patient is diabetic and you have to come early for that I rescheduled my appointment and still the same by not just 10-15 mins they were late bt by 30-45 mins. And they think they own the world so when ever they want they will cancel ur test even without telling you and they collect the full payment before bcoz they only care about making money. Worst experience eva Pls dnt waste your time for their appointment

Collection technician was not at all trained was fresher was not able to find the nerve only he injected me dorsum behind left hand then said blood is not their lather injected behind right dorsum was scary pathetic experience plz do not take service from them.

Injecting from dorsum is the last option of collect blood sample it may painfull process and may your hand swell badly.

person taken blood was not painfull in my case but the reason of giving this feedback technician should not be fresher.

Very unfriendly and unprofessional, They say that they have a return policy of 7 days, but they do not take back the expensive medicines. Once you buy some expensive medicine from them, even if the doctor says to discontinue the medicine, they will not even take back the sealed pack. They will not even exchange it for any other medicine. Unlike a normal medicines shop, they buy from another shop or manufacturers just like any other beauty products, and hence refuse to take ownership of it once delivered. Even if the packet is torn or medicine is wrong, they absolutely don't care. They put the blame on you and don't even bother to talk about it. They don't even look into any prescription though they ask for it. I really doubt how genuine their medicine is.

Normally damaged strips of tabs and caps are received. No time frame of delivery. Always gets late and we keep following on call center. Deliver persons calls ands collect your packet at some other location bear by say about 500m away.

What they show as your savings are taken back as delivery charges.

For my tablets of rs.228 the delivery charges were rs.129 for a distance of less than 150kms

So, I am an old customer of pharmeasy and I pretty much liked it. Used to order medicine for my Mom & dad and happy to receive it on time and with a good discount. But just a single case and they are ready to loose an old customer but not ready to believe me that is what making me angrier.

So, this is what happened with me:

Ordered an item on 10th Nov and returned that item on Nov 11th in same condition as received. After few days when I didn't get the refund, I went and checked and saw that they have rejected the refund saying "damaged item returned, seal was unpacked"

Multiple calls happen with customer care that I returned the item as received but they are not believing it. Finally, on 26th Nov a delivery boy came and returned the item and requested to keep this item. I said I don't want it and the item you are returning is not packed properly and this is not how I have returned on 11th Nov. He obliged then he called his manager, I spoke with manager and the manager requested me to keep the item and he will make sure one more return will be raised and this time "Please mentioned that you have received damaged product" and he will make sure this time everything will happened smoothly and within one week refund will be done. First I didn't accepted but he said this is only way a partner will be able to refund the item. Now it's 3 days when I din't heard anything from phareasy then I again called customer care and he informed me that this is last update he sees for ticket " You have accepted that the item return by you was not properly tapped/damaged, and you have taken the item back, so the case is closed". Trap Successful

Just a message to Pharmeasy: In this B2C world you should make more and more customer instead of losing them. I know there are few who might be doing some kind of mischievous thing but not all customers are same. And to me I was happy with your service until this case.

The most horrible medicine portal. The company is all about harrassing their customers and looting through the delivery charges of medicines they can't send. I urge no one to avail their services and fall in trap of their medical negligence.

Ordering medicines from these kinds of online portal is so much pain at times. Specially when you order medication in bulk. There has to be some policy of taking medicines back if the doctor has prescribed some medicine initially and after a month must have changed the medicine. You can anytime refer to the old and new prescription and get the meds exchanged since it has been purchased from you. I usually purchased 3 mnths meds together, and apparently my father passed away. Even after such a genuine reason they where so admant to take it back. Online purchases are bad

I ordered 2 medications of 10 strips each. The more expensive one came in as 7 strips. I called them to request the 3 more strips. Instead of doing that they're lying through their teeth that they saw the video footage all ten were packed.

That makes me a liar. I requested them for the video footage. They refused to share. Same response even after I requested an escalation.

They just lost a customer for life.

I am very much disappointed the way Pharmeasy provide me Damage 7 piece Injections (Medicine) while delivery the order id-251147950987816960 . I have raised my complaint to your customer care but customer care and Pharmeasy vendor/retailer is declined my return or exchange order worth Rs.2396.31 (Purchase Price). Now, PharmEasy Grievance Officer also beating around the bush for not refunding the amount.

The billed and collected an excess amount from me. When the issue is raised they say they will refund the excess money charged after "delivery" of medicines!?

What has delivery got to do will false billing and excess amount taken?

The worst medicine delivery app I have ever seen, my dad is a heart patient I have ordered medicine for 30th today is 2nd november now they are calling we have a coupon for apology of Rs 150, you guys should understand you are not selling grocery or something. Those medicine were important to deliver on 30th anyhow we arranged from local medical store. These kind of negligence for medicine delivery you should close your app and start something else.
