I ordered medicines worth Rs 4000/- on 2-2-18. My order no was m2754179. Scheduled to be delivered on 3rd Feb, 2018. No delivery till Mid noon 4th Feb. At the time of placing order, they told us all medicines are available and order was confirmed.

On contract in their helpline, now they tell me that some medicines are not available so they could not deliver the same.

I am a heart patient, but their casual approach of dealing patient is not only unkind but inhuman. They are not fit for making on line business on medicine.

My husband uses Pharmeasy regularly. Motivated by his experience I decided to order as well as it was a fairly large order.

I uploaded the prescription. first issue - nowhere was it mentioned that the doctor and phone no. etc should be visible. So they said the in house doctor will call in an hour. However I recd the doc's call only at 8.30 pm for an order placed at 2.00pm

Then some chemist called at 9.24 pm to confirm the quantities, etc.

They said the order will arrive the next day. There was no update throughout the next day. at 7.00pm the order arrived with only 3 of the 9 items!

imagine umpteen calls, verifications, etc and then get 3 products. Not once am I informed that I will receive only part of the order. I have not been able to start the treatment over 48 hours basically.

Only good to order random medicines like crocin, etc

AERMED and Pharmeasy both are fraud as they never deliver the medicines. I ordered through AERMED and as per AERMED it is supposed to be delivered by Pharmesy. AERMED gave me order number which Pharmeasy do not recognise. When I called AERMED they said they will check and after that I never received any call from them, infact I callled 30 times and they didnt answer my call. They pickup the call and put it on mute. Such a irresponsible people. Please never ever even visit these websites. These should be blocked from internet and blacklisted in the market.

Useless company. 1mg and medlife are the best. Don't ever purchase from this company. They are not solving the problem. They are creating the problem. Kya sochkar investors ne invest Kiya hai kya maalum. Pharmaeasy se pharmadifficult hona chaiye. They are cheating public. Please don't buy anything from this company

Poor deliver service. Doctor who calls are incompetent donor know proper English and name of the medicine. Once prescription uploaded there is no need of dr call. Please avoid such service. Dr who called was so poor with medical pharmacy knowledge. Totally not worth

I ordered Actrapid HM penfil from Pharmeasy and got delivered by Lifeline Bommanahalli. Quantity ordered and paid for 20 and delivered only 18. After collecting money they said they are not responsible and asked to contact pharmeasy customer care. Inv no. 641/17/T/7963

I ordered medicine and it showed delivery on 4 th nov and I got the medicine today. 4 days later.their services earlier was very good but these days horrible.i suggest others they should order to pharmeasy only when they have ample time and not in urgent need of medicine

I heard about this website from my younger brother when I was in trouble because I was not able to able to find a important medicine for my wife on time. Then I ordered medicine from phrameasy.in and trust me my order came on time and in very cheaper then market also. Now I always do shopping for medicine from Pharmeasy only. I will recommend this to everyone who needs the medicine on doorsteps because they provides you doorstep delivery and COD(Cash On Delivery) options also.

Ordered medicine on 30th Oct. The delivery boy came for prescription verification which was taken away. Expected delivery - 1st Nov

No intimation from pharmeasy about the delay. I was promised delivery yesterday buy 10 PM. Again no delivery no intimation.

The call centre has the same answer, the medicine is packed which doesn't solve my purpose. Now I am stuck since I dont have the prescription to purchase medicine from other online medicine provider or even go outside and buy. The worst online medicine ordering experience at phareasy.

Pharmeasy, an online subscription pharmacy, is very much slow, in delivering medicine. I faced some problems after I ordered medicine here.

Limitation in Delivery Address:

First of all it does not deliver medicine in everywhere. I live in sodpur, near about 25 km away from sealdah, kolkata. Most of the other online shops and pharmacies deliver their product in my address. But pharmeasy has no delivery option here whareas it is delivering medicine at Palta ( Much inerior than Sodpur) in my in-law's address, about 30 km away from sealdah.

Order quantity changed without intimation:

I had mentioned 4 strips of Betavert OD 24 mg but after 5 days when the bill prepared I saw that only 2 stips are confirmed whereas I was not informed about that.

Payment problem:

While making payment there also I faced a problem. I paid it through Paytm using my debit card. But it does not support this process. I had to add the required amount in paytm balance first then had to complete the payment using paytm balance.

Very Very Slow Process:

I ordered the medicine on 28th October. And today it is 2nd November, still I did not get the medicine delivered in my address. They have some steps in the process. They are- Order Placed, Order Confirmed, Retailer Preparing Order, Bill prepared, ( then u have to pay) , Out for delivery ( or order dispatched) . My order was stucked in first stage for two days. Thereafter the order was confirmed. Thereafter every step has taken atleast 1 day to go to the next step. And in between I had to call them regularly to make the process hurry. In 1st Nov afternoon I got the option of making payment and immediately I made the payment. It is noon of 2nd Nov, still I dont know when I will get the medicines delivered to my place.

Medicine is very urgent. If I order it today means I need it in 1 or 2 days. Some online pharmacy does it quickly. I got delivered within 24 hrs from them often. I tried Pharmeasy as it had given a higher discount on first purchase. But it was the last time I tried Pharmeasy. Because it takes near about 1 week to deliver and we need quick service

Very very shameful service from this site . First time I use this site to buy medicines . I placed my order on 20th October and after that I received a call from them after 1 hours that my prescription is approved and the order was full-filled by the vendor within 3 days .But 4 days passed to my order still their is no new from the site that when the order is processed.

Very very poor customer support from them and when I use their chat support than the chat support tram is not replying

to my queries just hang the chat for a long time . When I talk to their telephonic customer care, the team is replying only one replying that the order was full-filled by the retailer and the retailer is procuring the medicines.

After a long wait I am going to cancel my order. Its your choice that if you want to suffer, go with this site.

Pharmeasy is an online portal for ordering medicines. Its concept is that once you upload the prescription then paharmeasy will contact you regarding quantity of medicines. This is very irritating. First if all you cannot search the medicines on your own. Two, you will have to wait until pharmeasy contacts you and asks you regarding medicines and it is then you come to know whether the medicine you want is in stock or not and then will confirm and deliver. So its a very long procedure of waiting when you need the medicines. You will have to wait so long just to know whether they have it in stock or not. This concept is very outdated. Do not order from pharmeasy if you want to make quick order of your medicines.

I ordered meds worth Rs5000/ with Pharmeasy just to get 20% discount. I was told they will be delivered on day 4. I was constantly disturbed with about 12 phone calls at all times. Finally on day10, someone rang the bell to collect the prescription, came back with half the medicines, did not know anything about other half. I thought it was not worth following up and returned the medicines, cancelled the order. The harassment doesn't stop there, two days later another delivery man starts calling about directions to my house inspite of my having cancelled the order.

I rather pay the full price and buy from reliable pharmacy store where I don't have to wait for 10 days and even after that I don't get medicines.

I will share my experience to you about in pharmeasy.in This is the online medicial store site for buying medicien online. I was also using this site for buying medicial of my father and upload the receipt of medicien. But when I have enter my area code, the delivery option is not available for this location notification message showing it. The concept of the online medicial store was very nice, and also the mediecin was available very cheaper compare to the local medicial store with 15 % of discount in online. The design and layout of the site was very easy to use and order it. This is very nice facilties provided by the pharmeasy.in. This service is very very useful for us, but delivery area must be everywhere for this service which makes more better for us.

Hi I wanted to share my experience which happens with PharmEasy last week.

I had booked BP medicines for my mother, the overall bill had come up to 400Rs but the app asked me to pay 800 which was double the actual amount. I adviced the delivery guy that the bill was incorrect and cannot pay incorrect amount, he was not ready to listen and said pay the bill and query it up later. It was absolutely rude.

Up-to certain level I can agree, what would happen if this happens to some senior citizens. This is unacceptable. Hence the app is really doesn't serve to its fullest purpose and it's useless.

Last friday I booked a medicine worth 5k.they told they wil delivery by Saturday. I was waiting for the medicines finally medicines came.infact I actual got the bill before the medicines got deliver and so I did an online payment.wen medicines came I tld delivery boy to wait but he was so arrogant he was like if any missing plzz cal customer care and spk.then I noticed tat the bill was missing.i called the custmr care and asked for my bill.aftr a week they got me the bill.i was soo pised.

I ordered medicine on 30th aug. I received message that your medicine will be delivered by 1st September. Nothing happened on 1st and I received msg on 2nd that will delivered today. Lifeline medical Kandivali East, I called delivery person and asked him for status and he said that I will not come today as I am very busy.

Still not delivered till today i.e. 3rd sept.

Dear pharmeasy, you should stop these medical shops from your panel, who feels that customer has ordered some grocery and it is fine if it will be delivered in few weeks.

I usually order my medicine from pharmacy and they supply my medicine in 6-7 hours if I order medicine before 10am or if I order medicine in afternoon they supply medicine in next after 10am. The delivery boy who came to supply my medicine are quite well behave and very friendly too. They also accept card on delivery facility which also power to there service and they sometime provide me upto 30? discount. They always supply genuine medicine after confirming the order.they are best in there service thank you pharmeasy

No customer service is provided.Not all types of medicine and brands are listed in Pharmeasy.in.Though this website has a good layout and design but it is not a useful site.I will not recommend this website for you.Thankyou everyone.

The concept of this application new and very unique to deliver medicine at your door step.

The general design in the application is very simple, we can find what we want as everything is specified in the categories and various options. And the application doesn't have any high system requirements thus it can be used all android devices.

I have used this application and ordered through it, I got call from them in just 3 minutes flats. The best part about it is that a got a lot of discounts on my purchases.

This app is really useful and I suggest people to give it a shot.
