I am a retailer with payworld for last 8 years active with the company any DMT transaction goes pending for bank server issues company takes some times 48/72 hours to solve the problem & now in this digital world issues should be resolved within 24 hours but they blame it on RBI & it's rules that is no excuse . I hope this msg goes upto the co bosses because staff cannot reply such questions and they have no or limited powers

They don't give much compansation. On other app the flights are much cheaper. I had rs 786 in my wallet. They don't refund me. They told we will give you in 7 working days it has been one month now and I didn't get my refund. They Always hold money for months during withdrawal. This company is totally scam and fraud. Police and RBI should take steps against this app.
Ye fraud company hai, isne mere 11000 rs hold pe laga diye hai wapas nhi kr rhi h, kah rhi ki custemer ne complain ki, isse phle bhi mere 30000 hazar rs hold pr laga chuki h

Dosto payworld portal charge 118 rupaye mahine ka katata hai, or iske jitne bhi service hai sabka alag se subscription hai, bahut jhooth bolte hai ye log, spice money, airtel, or bhi kai portals hai jina koi monthly charge nahi hai, or trusted bhi hai, koi purchage mat karna mera salah yahi hai
Payworld not refund my amount still now, there are over 3 years now. But not returning my 9000 amount that are refund amount of my canceled flight ticket.

This is No.1 Fraud Company. My Experience Don't purchase this company ID. They never give anybody response. If we pay the payment we will call 50 times to activate the service. If you send the mail they could not respone. I Purchase MATM they send me the device after 3 months. First they tell give us comission Rs.10 for 3001 - 3499 after purchase the ID within month they reduce for Rs.6. The Company have no Buisness Ethics. I Inform Everybody Don't Purchase this Company ID
Mine experience with payworld.in has really been a bad one and I recommend others not to use this service.Mine ID was prepared by a payworld sales person.During beginning he did good work and when I asked him to prepare railway ID, he made a commitment followed by amount deduction from the portal at his level.Even after 9 months, mine railway ID didn't begin.On contacting him telephonically, no proper reply resulted from him as he gave excuses like that he was busy or in a meeting etc.This is how they are cheating the customers.
I never had such kind of Freud Company all are robbers looting our money they said we can earn great money but uts not like that we can loose all our money this is aslo one type of cheating tinik my personal suggestion dot but payworld portal and dont loose your money .all are cheater in this company

Unfortunately i'm a Payworld-Retailer in Rajkot Gujarat.
I have purchased Worst and fraud Payworld's Railway booking and Other Services worth my hard earned Rs. 17-18000.00; but till the date, due to the worst of worst Service and Garbage working-system of Payworld - i'm still unable to earn some pennies with the help of it. no complaints have been heared and resoluted till the date. moreover, whenever I contacted their executives, service-centers, HOs all have puzzled and made me comfused and made my problems more and more complicated . i've Lost minimum 17 to 20 thousand rupees which i've earned with my blood & sweats.no returns gained. i'd request each and every readers of this plateform and, this complaint please never buy PAYWORLD's any services and dont let your known people buy this worst company services. this company should be locked down by legal force.

Not of any use to give number your company members do not have time to look back at retailers after sales of ID .and many problems this application so much disappointed. Monthly charges is very bad decision for retailers.
Worst portal and more time loss and money less profit and sometimes amount debited to our account but not credit customers account. Totally wastage of money. I get this service in RS 1500 now they are taking monthly charges RS 105 also. This is totally waste wallet application and so much problems in this application.

Hey guys today I will share my experience on the art website of payworld. its feature is most useful but its only for some countries and some cities its not very developed and very useable by people who knows this site he used it but some market website like payment website is mostly develop all countries and cities.
you have to pay the customer bill 3 days before of due date and while you pay the bill error in sometime in this site
its design for a money transfer services but its not very dwvwloped like others website. this site is mostly useful for mobile recharge, d2h, utility bill payments and money transfer
I will request to all my friends you can think firstly then you use this website thanks for seeing my surveys it will be helpful to you
-Mobile recharge/d2h/utility bill payments and money transfer.
-Mobile recharge and d2h recharge is ok but Utility bill payments is very bad service.
-U don't get any margin from the company for any bill payments u have to charge extra from the customer.
-U hve to pay the customer bill 3 days before the due date.
-While paying the bill the error occurs many times- try after sometime.
-Thus payworld not provide the printer machine for bill payment through which customer does not get any receipt of bill payment.
-I have not gotten yet the money transfer software from last few days.
-U will not get any help from the rajiv once he take money he will forget u so be alert and make payment by cheque not cash.
-I request all of the new retailers who is interested in taking the payworld agency first think because once u invest your precious money u will not get back.
-Rajiv has cheated me and he has not informed me about all this.
