Extremely disappointed with PayUmoney! It's been over 10 days and my issue remains unresolved. Customer support is appalling - no response from the support@payu.in email, and no accessible customer care number. The'Help' option is a joke, consistently showing login errors. Their'Chat with expert' is just an auto-reply loop, offering no real assistance. My money's stuck, and their support is non-existent.

Please do not use this app for any payment unless you know the Payee or Beneficiary directly. I had come across a couple of cases wherein the payment made to the vendors through this app have actually gone to fraudulent vendors whose only aim is to collect money and not to despatch the product or refund. PayUmoney doesn't take any responsibility even though they are expected to verify the credibility of the vendors to whom the payments are directed.

By this message i want to tell all the customer of payumoney that uses payumoney for their utransaction of money .Payumoney app is a frody app that take the money of transaction and they show the msg the transaction is done but in actuall the transaction is not done.Even i also had faced such type of problem. I had used this app for transffered amount of 1131 rs for payment of uhbvn electricity bill that is still not paid to the uhbvn department dated 8/5/23 but now uhbvn has included 1131 rs in my latest bill of 2855 rs . Due to which i have to pay 4015rs to uhbvn. So donot pay any kind of money to this application

One of my client made a purchase of 25000/- via new plan created specially to the bank account via PayU, they blocked my account for 210 days cited wierd reason for the same. Me being a premium customer after paying 20000/- rs for prompt service no help was provided and the account is still on hold and my big payment is blocked till date. So overall 45k loss. I recommend people to block Payu Money payment gateway overall from India. Let this PayU Is a Fake Company.

They Did the Transaction in 2 business Days on June 23rd and are Threatening to hold up my funds for 210 days or make me incur daily percentage rate on my cards, take 2% transaction fee and shamelessly take 3-5 days to return my money to my account, on So me after paying 20k as special service for immediate transfer they take 5 days and blocked the account without any notice.

Never Trust Your Money by giving it to PayU, They Will Make Money By Duping You and will have least regard for your urgency, considering it’s a pandemic and funds delay is catastrophic.

They should revoke the license of this company and book the senior leadership of this company for committing fraud and never let them practice again for treating customers with utter disrespect and utter disregard for their needs.

Shame On You PayU.

I have an online store and my client made payment through PayU money Gateway and still I have not received my Settlement amount. It's been more than 2 weeks. I have been trying to reach the team but nothing is working out. In the Contact US Section there is no way to communicate with the Team. This is the WORST SERVICE I GOT FROM PAYU MONEY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO USE THIS SERVICE.

I made a transaction of amount of Rs. 37287 to Visa Avenue through Payumoney as payment gateway. The amount was deducted from my account but didn't credited to merchant's account. On contacting Payumoney through calls and mails, they didn't respond any of it. Even, they are not picking up calls. Its been 30 days now, still no sign of refund. I had to lodge complaint in consumer forum against them.

My customer are paid to me via payu money in my website from 13 July to 23 July 2022 and amount is 77150/-

This payment is pending only show progress but not settlement in my account

Payu money are always asking payment settlement in account in 72 hours but now 20 to 25 days but my payment is blocked.only raised ticket customer care number also not have this company.

So I tried to contact the customer care through raising ticket, they closed the ticket/Query without resolving the issue.

They haven’t provided any contact number in their website.

Really unprofessional service.

Please avoid PayUMoney, if you care about the money you earned.

We used Payumoney for a few years since February 2022, when they failed to settle our collected amount. Since the tens of times we have raised the complaint and requested to settle the amount. But initially they responded with promise to settle at priority. But Later they have stopped even replying.They have blocked releasing our funds for over 6 months and did not even give an intimation that they have blocked the funds. There is no support number, just a stupid bot on chat. They charge huge fees, but don't give any service. In Spite of several emails, still funds have not been released. Worst payment gateway.

Kindly acknowledge me and clear our money. Its been 6 months now. They have pretending to be deff. I guess they have started this new way of earning by eating away customers money, may be they have failed in earning from their core service. May be they are losers in the stiff competetion. May God Bless them with good intentions. I hope this consumer complaint portal is really intended for resolving such complaints. Maybe I get justice.

We integrated payumoney with our website. We received orders for around 50500 on first 2 days. We have submitted all documents and our website is also ready.. it's been 10 days since we are chasing them. Our KYC was done after sending 5 tickets everyday for 7 days to their customer support. Website has still not been approved. All our money is stuck with them. And talk about customer support? You will find only chahtbots and all email replies will be from a donotreply mail ID. Ultimately switched razorpay and just hoping that we do not get duped by Payu

My customer payment 56000 to me without any reason my payment is pending. I have raise ticket several times they did not contect to me. They don't have help desk no. No one help me if any one help me contect to me at 962582. Very disgusting experience with payumoney.

This is to share my experience faced 2 days back.

My Brother got a call for job and they asked to transfer Rs.49 for registration. But by the time the payment had gone was Rs.5419 from my card.

The portal of payment used is Pay u money. This clearly shows that pay u money is entertaining these frauds that they’re able to corn people through pay u money as a payment gateway, because pay u money is not taking enough documentation or no documentation from these fraud companies or 420 people who trick the common people with these selfish acts and unable to be traced because of lack of documentation from Payumoney.

Understand that during these tough times every Rs counts for every one.
