I was ruptured and lost all my life savings when I invested in cryptocurrencies and got into the wrong hands, I had$200, 000 in BTC stolen from me. I used paypal for the last 2 years and i am so happy for paypal. It have amazing user dashboard. I can easily sent and receive any payment even small.

They don't charge any money for individual account so if you want to do any international payment then use paypal.

Paypal takes and returns the money that was transferred to you back, at the request of the scammers. And they call it the protection of the buyer or the seller, it does not matter to them. The main thing is to steal your money from you. Accompany it with their ridiculous, standard messages devoid of logic.

I had recently ordered a package from Europe. They were out of stock and had to cancel my order, no biggie. They took the liberty of transferring my refund through Paypal, which was where the problem truly began.

I forget why I even made a PayPal. I think it was for a purchase off of Discogs that never ended up getting to me. I signed up for PayPal so someone could pretty much steal money from me, but that's not my issue today.

I haven't used my PayPal since I started it. The debit card I used as well as the phone number I used are all out of service. I tried to request a new password, but the only option for resetting your password is to get a phone call with a code. Since I used an old phone number, I can't physically get my code.

I decided to call customer service. That didn't help me at all. The guy asked for the last few digits of the card I had used. I told him that card was cancelled so long ago that I don't even remember which card it was. I asked if he could send the confirmation code to my email, and he said the best he could do was to send me the code to my PayPal account itself.

He tried sugar coating it, telling me that "nobody can touch that money but you". I made it clear that since there is physically no way for me to get into my PayPal account, that money is completely lost and I won't even be able to touch it.

I guess there was a very good reason I didn't use PayPal.

Also, make sure if your customer service agent is going to belch on the phone that the customer can't hear it. Was kind of rude.

One Star is to HIGH !Long story short Pay Pal is so trash ???? Literally blocked my account because I was spending money ??????? now everything declines . Waist of time, money, & its nothing customer service can do. I hope they shut down and Pay Pal never recovers from it . Yep thats how mad they made me !

The customer service number was incorrect and takes you nowhere. I called for PayPal customer service on the net and spoke to a agent a real person who told me these are not real.

They collected: INR 2, 14, 458.41(USD 2, 856.53) via a payment gateway, but transferred only INR 1, 96, 593.86 to my account. What is wrong with these guys!

8.34% in Charges and Exchange Rate. This is not poor but pathetic!

They are ROBBERS of the modern economy!

One star is too much for paypal. They should have 0.

You can't imagine worse rules and customer service than paypal. You can't use YOUR money, because they block your account even if you are 10 years customer.

Customer support is useless, they can't do nothing. To use YOUR money you must proof you are not a pink pony. The only thing they didn't ask me to sent was my intimate photos, but maybe in next step they could ask. Total scam. NEVER USE IT

I'm Nisha, my Paypal account - souvenir13hub@gmail.com.

I am the seller on ebay.com and got my all payment through Paypal. In the month of 4 July 2021, Paypal hold$2400.92 for 180 days.

I contacted them than they promised, I will get this amount after 180 days.

Now 180 days about to end and Paypal deducted all$2400.92 amount without any notification.

I contacted PayPal customer care but they do not have proper knowledge about deduction and they disconnected the call & now they blocked my number and im not able to contact them now.

This is big scam, which PayPal doing in India.

This is big amount for me, I took loan to set up my business but just because of PayPal I loss everything.

I am very much fed-up and do not know how & where should I complaint against it as PayPal is not ready to listen.

I go through all their policies and I haven't broken their policies but still they deduct my all amount.

Please help me in this matter as PayPal is doing big Scam in Indian Market.

Please do not use Paypal.

WORST company I’ve ever dealt with! To the point of FRAUD! NO ONE should use them EVER. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), will be filing one with their attorneys in San Jose California and also contacting my state Attorney General and any one else to report this scam system! There are power in numbers and there’s a lot of people on here who’ve had problems I highly suggest you report them to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) if you Google it you can type up your complaint. I am a 64 years old retired college teacher. No pension only life full of tensions. For the last 30 years I was learning Astrology and helping others free of charges. But I need to eat my bread and butter that too through self earning. Many of my clients are foreigners and I charge them after giving them Astrology guidance / advice under my pen name / online name "Surinder N Lineman", Lineman means a writer of "lines". Is that a crime?

I needed to collect my service charges( mind you post service not advance payment). So needed some portal or transaction facilitator.

Someone suggested PayPal / Rob Pal.

I downloaded this one and provided all the information / data they needed or asked for.

they accepted and approved my credentials and told me to start transactions on their website or whatever they had. Actually a trap for international scam like the fraudsters/ scamsters sitting in Nigeria.

After I asked my clients to pay me through these criminals and after these international robbers / Somalia like pirates knew that now they have many thousands of my hard earned money in their loot booty they immediately "froze" my money. Their emails are "no reply", no India phone, no helpline number, no call centre. A perfect set up / arrangement for Nigerians, Al Kayeda type of gang of international criminals.

The reason or the alibi which they give is that I used a credit card for their site. How I can do it when they never gave me any such card? I am an oldman I have never used any credit card in my life. I am scared of all cards, plastic money, scared of using even my ATM debit card.

And sometimes they say my credentials are not acceptable. Now a la Alkayeda will check my credentials. And if it were so why and how my account got operational? Ha.Ha. Dacoits, pirates and robbers.

Still if they want to check my credentials( I am being fair, even criminals should be given a chance) by google search my pen / online, name: "Surinder N Lineman".

Even if they are deemed to be right and I am not, even then who are they to rob my money? Either they should give it to me or return it to my clients.

I agree that Lock down has been hard on all of us and this PayPal is going bankrupt and broke but that does not at all mean you start robbing people like financial terrorists. There is a legal process to go bankrupt. Follow that.

When I tried paypal first time to get my quora partner program payments I was nervous because PayPal is new for me but I get my payment on time via PayPal . PayPal charges a small amount so you have too checked it out . otherwise it is good

When I started freelancing on foreign websites, the main problem that I faced was foreign exchange.Then I started to use Paypal.It solve my all problems.It is very easy to use.Its signup process is very simple.The most impressive feature is its signup process.It is very easy to use without any more documentation requirement.And other feature is its speed of monery trasnfer to account.The only features that I didn't like is its charge for transfer money.It is very high.
