My transactions are pending since September 9.
I've provided all the required documents.
I sent an email ticket on September 11 and haven't received any human response there since. The ticket is now'resolved' for some unknown reason.
Documents are still "under review".
I was forced to pause my business and I'm losing money because of this.
I contacted the chat and called the phone support twice. It didn't help. They repeat the same phrase every time: “wait 2 business days”. On the phone, they also said that they manually raised the priority of my request and it will be resolved for sure in 1-2 business days.
I suppose, they just lied. A week has passed since then.

I got an automated response saying that for all my customer service needs I need to contact support!
Payoneer's support is pretty much non-existent. They don't answer emails, they just close your ticket. People on the chat and the phone are answering with standard phrases. They cannot really help you with anything, and they even admitted that when I asked.
It's now been 18 business days since my first inquiry.
My issue is still unresolved.
