For the last 3 years, I was vigorously searching for a suitable life partner for my son, who was in USA/Europe, so had registered his profile with Pavitravivah, among other matrimonial websites. It's fees are reasonable, it suggests daily matches (Your Matches Today), has facility of profile of the month (focus), kundali match software. I received good response, but did not materialise, perhaps due to limited choice as my son was abroad. A few proposals initially shown eagerness, but backed out later on second thought. My friends suggested me to register the profile in corporate matrimonial websites, where I may good proposals, but mere registration is not enough there for good response, as very limited info is available on website (imp info incl contact is hidden). So no good response & if got, no contact available on website. Only option is to go for its personalised service by paying hefty sum (₹30, 000 for 3 months). I had also opted for it. But most of the times, no response from other party. The Relationship Managers leave job, proceed on leave, so frequent changes spoil the show (new Manager, new drama). So nothinggood happens in 3 months & U are persuaded, rather compelled (helpless) to renew the service further. I also did it, but again met with the same fate, despite the fact that in the meanwhile, my son had been back to India. Sorry to say, but I came to the conclusion that it's business, so all for money. At that juncture, fortunately I came to know that Pavitravivah also has personalized service at very reasonable fee (₹10, 000 for 3 months), so I opted for it. It's truly personalised service, unlike corporate websites, which are mechanical (no personal touch at all). As a result, within 2 months marriage was fixed, Thank God & Pavitravah. To conclude, marriage is a very sensitive issue & needs to be handled sensibly. Pavitravivah is truly noble & personal & hence, the right choice.

Folks please do not register on this website. They just talk sweet untill they get big money out of you. They mislead by telling NRI proposal and once registered they don't pay attention to you. I told ten times to suggest NRI proposal, but for that you have to come to Dadar personally, is the only uselss answer I got. If I'm outside india, how can one visit there Dadar, and then why do you create a website which ideally should work online.

One year I was shown proposals that didn't match my requirement at all. Their matches are generated via some randomizer algorithm, it is not even perfectly set to match your critera.

As I expected, not a single proposal came from them that was even worth investing time and my money. If you want to save your money, go elsewhere. Pavitra Vivah will only waste your money.

Guys please dont register on this websites, this people are charging big amount but not maintaining it, it takes 3 to 4 minute to load one page and many profiles are either old or already married, The data is not at all updated .

There are not enough profiles I would prefer visiting user friendly sites like tawde vivah mandal

Further there is no customer support email ID and no one picks up the call on the number provided.

Website is not designed well and many of the options does not work properly

Yeah. These guys have an amazing website. But when it comes to customer concerns, it is worst. I wanted to close my account and the option of Deleting Account is not available on the website. When called and asked for deleting account they said we'll remove a name from the database but the account is still there and I keep receiving SMS continuously for renewing membership, pay and attend Melavas arranged by these people. It's too irritating and I'm fed up with it. I want to give a negative rating. They are just running after money. Ask when the membership period ends. Other times they don't care whether their customer is happy or not with their services.

Web site is good in terms of user friendlyness. Service is really not good. They behave like a seller market. No Customer focus or good treatment to customers.

I got married 9 months back and informed PavitraVivah to close my account. after that I got calls from many users for marriage. I called PavitraVivah almost 4-5 time in last 9 months to close my account but they did not. in these last month I had got almost 10-15 calls from PavitraVivah's user who were searching for bride for them and I had to tell them again and again that I am sorry but I got married now. After year I got a call from PavitraVivah.finally.for what? for asking if I want to renew the service. and then I realized how pathetic the service is. in whole year they did not bother to call me even once to take my feedback to ask me how my search going, whether I am getting relevant calls or whether I got married as I did not log in to web site for 9 months. But they call me without fail asking for renewal of the contract .to earn 3000-4000 per person for no reason and for no work from them for a year.

I request you not to go for this Kulkarni Vivah Mandal(PavitraVivah). Before membership they will give you 100 of promises which remains undelivered at the end.

Recently I had joined this site ( I was a member at marathimatrimony before)

Straight coming to the point, here are my observations about this so called 'pavitra'vivah website and their overall service:

First of all registration process is old fashioned, one has go with the hard copy of their personal details as well as photos, to their one of the centers.

Here the pain starts, you will be asked to bring 6 photos out of that only one photo (which the lady sitting across the table finds right) will be uploaded to the website. Again this upload activity will be after scanning this prints through their scanner - Imagine the quality of the image on the website!

Once you are a member, you== DON'T GET== any website login...I was surprised at this.

Ok so to get the profile details, you have the option of either calling them or emailing them.

Here torture round starts, when you call lady will speak like a robot.

She has been programmed to answer only one question at a time, if you go beyond that -

option1 - either rudely you will get insulted.

option2 - phone will be slammed.

And yes It should e mentioned here that, their so called customer care is open only for 2 days in a week and that too, 3 hours/day.

(On the phone they say they can give only 4 candidates' contact at one point of time)

Then if you ask them, what about the email facility, yes you can email them - where in again their stupid logic comes into picture, when the lady over the phone will tell you that - in email also you can get only 10 profile details at a time.

Thats what this Pavitravivah is all about, they are just getting benefit of doubt, from parents who favors the Vivahkendra system over matrimony sites. Irony is at Pavitravivah they are not capable to handle this, with such bad customer support and poorly designed interface. customer touch points. My sincere advice is stay away from so called 'pavitra, thing....to save yourself from feeling of being cheated.

I have already paid them (In fact my mom), and now repenting over it.

Pavitravivah.com is the online matrimonial site belonging to the Vadhu Var Suchak Kendra, Dadar, Mumbai.This is an old fashioned matrimonial bureau trying desperately to join the ranks of online matrimonial sites such as Shaadi.com and BharatMatrimony.com.The result is a pathetically designed website with a search function which is a nightmare to operate.It brings to mind a dinosaur trying to survive in the 21st century.

To add insult to injury, their customer service is atrocious, the agents only reply to one question at a time by email, a dozen emails are necessary to get answers to all your queries and forget trying to get any changes made in your online profile.Telephone support is no better, the agents simply slam down the phone if you start asking too many questions.

My advice to everyone would be to not waste money on this ridiculous bureau, there are plenty of better ones out there.
