You are unable to offer accommodations and services.which is a form of harassment and is very offensive.by displaying fake lower price offers on your website. Oyo is a total fraud. You are only invading our privacy and stealing our personal information.


OYO - WORST 2 nights in Vegas

You tell yourself it isn't all about the hotel room when you go to Vegas. Having stayed at the location under old name, Hooters, I figured they couldn't have screwed it up too bad. Especially with Hooters still on the property. I was wrong. Our room on the fourth floor had the beds, a table with 2 chairs, a stand for the TV with open spaces for clothes, and a shelf built into wall to serve as nightstand That's it, unless you want to spend $15 a night for a fridge and a mini microwave. The old mattresses lack of foam meant springs pushing against you, as you try to sleep. Security was non-existent as a nut pounded on room doors, up and down the hall multiple times, over our second night. The best part of the stay, was checking out.

I had book two days room on 09/06/2023 to 11/06/2023. In kolkata while booking the room I made the payment also that time the oyo app showed My booking has been confirmed to reconfirmed my booking I also called the hotel where I had book the room they also said my booking has been confirmed with them. When I checked in they manager of the hotel simply denied my booking by saying that we don't have ur booking no. In our system. After calling the oyo customer support team they said we will check after checking for 20 mins they are saying my booking is not confirmed with them. And the manager of the hotel asked me to pay double the price which was mention in the app... Will recommend all of the oyo user to stop using the app.

OYO people say one hotel and book another hotel. After 10 to 15 calls they cancel n ask us to book. Though we booked rooms at super OYO flagship Olivia comfort, through booking. Com, they did not allow us to check in saying we don’t have information. Though we showed all confirmations, mails received both from booking.com and the hotel . They refused to accept the confirmation number and pin too. After 2 hrs of arguing too did not allow us to check in. Later when we were leaving saying we would give police complaint, he said he found confirmation. We were getting late to catch bus. So we left without checking in. They are refusing to refund. After serious discussion n complaining, they are saying give us your ac no we will pay back. But when amt is paid through credit card, why don’t they refund to same actual mode of payment. They did not give respect to our age as senior citizens, worst service, mannerless and cheating.

When I reach the hotel with my family hotel manager denied check in . And say I don't know Oyo if u want to check in give me extra 1600 rs .Oyo booking id yz009201..they abuse me and Oyo did not help, leave his customer alone in new place ..with his kids and family .

Recently I traveled to Trivandrum afer booking a room in OYO... I booked a Delux room.


Once after reaching they hotel staff started telling that I need to pay more... When I clearly denied they gave a room which is just like a shed. The room was ultra dirty. The sheets not even washed for years, bathroom never cleaned an I can clearly feel cigrate smoke , may be the guy who stayed earlier did smoke. It was so suffocating that I couldn't sleep. When I called them tjay said they cannot reach the manager. I know they are just bluffing...Will never ever do any booking in my life on Oyo..

I M SUMEET, A FREQUENT TRAVELER. I HAVE BEEN USING HOSPITALITY FACILITIES LIKE OYO, FABEXPRESS, ETC SINCE MANY YEARS. THESE FACILITIES WERE WELL MANAGED AND HELPED THE CUSTOMERS AND TRAVELLERS GREAT COMFORT AND EASE IN CHECKING IN.


HOWEVER RECENTLY, OYO HAS LOST IT'S MANAGEMENT IN PROVIDING TRAVELLERS AND CUSTOMERS EASE IN CHECKING IN.


VERY RECENTLY I MADE 3 BOOKINGS ON OYO APP WHICH OFFERS GREAT DISCOUNTS ONLINE. HOWEVER ON REACHING THE HOTELS AND OYO PROPERTIES. THE MANAGEMENT SIMPLY DENYS THE ROOMS SAYING. THE BOOKED ROOM IS UNAVAILABLE. AND IF WE WANT TO STAY WE WILL HAVE TO PAY EXTRA MONEY FOR SAME BOOKING.


THIS IS VERY REDICULOUS WHEN CUSTOMER SERVICE ALSO DON'T HELP IN ANY WAY.


I M REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH OYO HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT AND WOULD RECOMMEND OTHERS TOO NOT TO USE OYO IN FUTURE TO AVOID EMBARRASSING SITUATIONS.

Its my oyo experience

I booked a room from 3.6.23 to 4.6 23 at tnagar, flagship hotel and confirmed through whatsapp(Booking id PGWV6128). But hotel members said no rooms available, at the time of check-in, me and my family members very disappointed. If rooms are not available pls you inform to us, so we search for other places. Till last min informmation was not given. We are call oyp and inform it but they are not responding properly. So we leave it. What use for oyo pre booking. It's only waste of time and trust. Pls do proper service for people because they are trusting you and giving their money for you. I feel very bad and am really disappointed. I don't refer this booking for others. Pls address my issues and to prevent to happen for this others.

I have booked a hotel on Oyo app for Peeragari, New Delhi from May 11th to 13th, 2023, and paid Rs 3024 online,


When I reached the location provided by OYO I could not find any hotel named Capital O Hotel Peeragarhi Near M2K Cinemas, D15, Peeragarhi Chowk, Near Peeragarhi Metro station, Paschim Vihar, West Delhi,


There was one hotel named QOtel Hotel O12 NEAR PEERAGARHI METRO STATION no Capital O Hotel. The manager of QOtel Hotel said that there is no hotel named Capital O Hotel Peeragarhi Near M2K Cinemas, here. And if you want to stay here you have to pay RS 1399 per night.


Being with a lady guest at 12 o'clock at night, I got frightened. called the phone number provided by OYO but in vain, no reply. Under this circumstance, I have to book a taxi and go to my native place.


IT was really a very bad experience. Under the circumstances May I request you to refund my booking amount and oblige

I like to give zero for this app, they had send good hotel photos so that they made me to pay 326 after reaching to hotel they were telling to pay more than 2000 , i cancelled the hotel and i asked for refund, they said it takes 2 day for refund after 2 weeks also i didn't receive my amount,


Please don't book from any appa these people making fool , after visiting hotelbook the room

They are giving 3rd class service, at the moment of booking price was cheaper and when you visit the hotel they will ask for extra, customer service even worse they will give you 20% refund. OYO shows fancy fancy rooms in the app. But when you actually take the room its completely different in a really bad way. Secondly, there completely lack of communication between the app and the hotel. I had to suddenly changes plans and search for a different room. OYO cheats customers in all possible ways.

While booking the oyo website shows least amount for hiring hotel room. But actually after availing hotel room the hotel authority may charge you more in the name of sevice. Even if you try to cancel the room it will charge you more even they ensure 100% refund what I have faced. They have hidden policy. I have totally lost my trust on OYO. Hence it is advised not to book OYO hotel. Trust me it will fetch displeasure to you if you use.

Warning to All Customers: OYO Hotel Booking App is a Fraud!

I am writing this message to warn all the customers using the OYO hotel booking app to be very careful and vigilant while making any bookings through this app. This app is one of the worst booking apps, and they are cheating their customers by denying bookings and extorting money from them.


Recently, my staff faced a very traumatic experience with this app. I had booked a three-night stay for my 3 office staff in a hotel in Chandigarh through the OYO app. The first night went smoothly, but on the second day, the hotel owner denied my staff's entry and demanded cash payment, even though I had already paid the whole amount through the app. He locked the door and refused to let my staff check-in in the middle of the night. It was a pathetic service, and the behavior of the hotel owner was utterly disgusting.


My staff kept requesting he let them check-in, but he did not listen and threatened to call the police. After much persuasion, he finally allowed my office staff to stay for the second night, but the room he gave to the office staff had a damaged washroom, which they could not use all night. It was a nightmare, and they felt cheated and betrayed by the OYO app.


When they tried to contact the customer care number, nobody picked up the phone, or if they did, they disconnected the call after some time. The customer care service was non-existent, and they did not know how to solve their customers' problems. It indicated their bad attitude and behavior towards the customers.


I warn customers to be careful with this OYO hotel booking app. They are cheating their customers and not providing the services that they promise. They do not care about their customers, and their customer care service is one of the worst in the industry. They are a fraud, and I would advise everyone to avoid this app.


In conclusion, I would like to say that the OYO hotel booking app is a fraud, and they are cheating their customers. We had a traumatic experience with this app, and I do not want anyone else to go through the same. Be careful while booking through this app, and always be vigilant.

I have booked the hotel green leaf kasba kolkata from oyo. After that when I arrived at the hotel they asked to pay 500 rs extra and misbehaved with me and my spouse. I called oyo and the oyo customer care did nothing. The hotel stuff said they will not talk to oyo and they will not give room without paying 500 rs extra. Therefore i had to left the hotel and the oyo customer care didnt care about it. This oyo hotel chain and this green leaf hotel kasba kolkata is fraud. Becareful and never book any hotel via oyo. I am deleting this oyo application from my mobile now. Thanks oyo for the harassment. This is expected from the greedy and fraud company like oyo. Please never go to any hotel which is written as oyo by mistake also. You will be harrased to the level that you will feel pitty on yourself. And the green leaf hotel stuff’s misbehaving and harrasing activity should be condemned. So much fraud here oh god.

Had my booking confirmation, owner denied and said all rooms are full, wanted to shift to another oyo room but was not available, not reddy to arrange any other rooms, 10 adults and 2 kids present at the reception for one room... Asked help from area manager he refused and canceled the call, asked supervisor he refused to help either and cut the call... No refund or any combansation given....only in process of money making and giving very bad service.... Cheater and scammer...


Waited 2 hrs at the reception for help along with kids and ladies...no help given... Attached confirmation information and pictures at front desk...

I had booked a room at Bhubaneshwar(ID: D67G0688) on 07.05.23. The room was supposed to be with double bed, AC and attached washroom.


When, me and my wife approached the property, its condition was horrible. The room was very filthy, with two folding cots in it, without any AC and a shared common bathroom.


It was impossible to stay in such a den. The man behind counter told us that this is only room for you. He also told that this total mistake is by OYO.


We, 60 years old couple, then were carrying our luggage and searching any other hotel room at 9:15 pm. On contacting OYO officer, no help was provided by him except few sorrys. It is very bad joke with an old couple and has eroded my faith on OYO forever.


I had lodged a complaint on 08.05.23 fort refund of my amount but nothing has been done from OYO side.


I advise everyone not to book any room through OYO since they are cheaters.
