Call centres are scamming innocent people claiming themselves as Oyo customer care and if Oyo is genuine, it should have done something about it because its spoiling its reputation. I am not going to do any booking with anyone claiming himself as OYO because I paid Rupees 3000 today and didn't get any room. Very dissatisfied.

Don't book through OYO, maximum booking via OYO is not accepted by Hotels and they deliberately denied that..my recent experience at Raipur hotel booking..I must say that OYO is a fraud one.. and they don't have any control over hotels..

When I encounter with Oyo's app for a hotel booking, it's was totally imbarasing and frustrated. Me nd my friend once plan a trip and we decide to book accommodation with the help of Oyo, as we reached at the destination the situation was very wrost and pothetic. Oyo is only promoting hotels or rooms for making profits only, they actually don't have any experience of hospitality management and traveling industry. They don't meet the customers requirements and satisfactions. Which pictures app shows , thats don't exists in real. Even they don't have any authentic team to visit the hotels or rooms they offers their customers. Even the booking amount which app shows didn't ever matched with hotel's prices they are always different.


Oyo has become a brand but it's playing with customers feelings and their dignity day per day. But somewhere it is good place for those who has dirt intension fullfill with no matters . Actually they can take maximum benefits from Oyo.


Customer care services are also worst , they usually don't give you any solutions for problems. Oyo should make it considers that customera always should be at top notch and priority level.

On arrival at Collection O Arn Guest House by around 7.30 pm today (28-7-2023), We have been shunted out of the guest house (Collection O Arn Guest House near Airport) with very rude behaviour by saying that we have booked through OYO & payment also given to OYO only, so we should talk to OYO only. Even the facility refused to allow us charging of our mobiles with low battery for even 2 minutes. A lousy place with more than lousy OYO services as OYO representative refused any help by saying that they can only get us our money refunded (only Rs 194/- to be refunded against approx Rs 982/- paid). Even there Application Chatbot doesn't say anything, when we say that we are denied Check in by the hotel authorities.


I don't understand what is the point of paying in advance if we have to go through such harrasment at a place far away from our home.


Will make sure that in future, we never ever use OYO services.

Very bad experience from them, booked room from Oyo, but when entered in to hotel they don't allowed, ccare told they can only refund the money, they told to look other hotel the last time, a weekend

I have used Oyo rooms we visited Chikmanglore with 3 families there we booked Oyo rooms it was good the problem is they won't provide breakfast they don't have restaurants apart from the ambiance of the rooms good, few ppl are misusing may this is the reason Oyo has black mark apart that Oyo is budget friendly

So the app is not best but not the worst i give my opinion to improve service and support themselves

I have booked Oyo Room for my stay on July 8th to July 10th 2023. I was traveling with my aged mother to Pune. They have confirmed my accommodation in Collection o Hotel Galaxy Executive . They have given me some offer and made me pay for the booking before my arrival. I got the confirmation also then upon my arrival when I called to the hotel, the manager listened and disconnected my call. After some time I received a message on my phone, my accommodation is shifted to Flagship Hotel Kalki in at lohegaon. When I recontacted Galaxi they said we have informed Oyo that we no longer takes any booking. So I reached the location of flagship hotel Kalki in and there was no sign of hotel there, we spend almost one hour searching for that hotel and my elderly parent was exhausted after long journey and this trouble finding the hotel. When we reached the hotel, the manager was saying we have not got any booking from you. I was shocked . He said if you want I will give you another booking from here and told me a higher tariff. So I couldn’t agree upon I called Oyo and they shifted to another hotel and made another payment as my old parent was getting annoyed with all this happening .

Never book from this silly application, I booked oyo room at 24th of june at discounted price, but oyo manager denied to provide me room asking me to pay 500 rupees more. I called oyo support they said property manager is not answering call. I asked for refund and they denied.


Gyus I request you please do not fall in this trap whenever you see any discount, do not apply coupon. You will recieve threat from oyo property manager and you will be humiliated. No one is going to help you. Oyo is now for couples only who takes 1 hour stay not like professional like us.


I waste my money and time. I’ll never forget that day

This is most worst app I have ever seen. After confirmation of booking Hotel staff unable to provide the room. They excused that they don't have vacant room. Oyo staff are also such ridiculous. They suggest me for another hotel but same thing happened. Really very much dissapointed. Govt should take some strict action against OYO and also Hotel manager. A big scam has going on Hotel industry. They looted people everyday. In Guwahati Hotel manager looted people easily. This should be stopped.

I tried to contact Oyo customer care, they never attended or helped me and I tried through application, there also I haven't got any help. Then Flagship hotel Manager said I will get you all the refunds, you book my hotel and he was continuously talking to an oyo manager from his mobile about our booking not for us for some of his requirements and needs which we are not aware of. I asked him to talk to that manager about our matter he said Oyo is my client, not you I cannot talk. It was getting delayed we didn't had any other option so we payed the high tariff at his property and stayed in for two days . I haven't seen such a poorly maintained property with high tariff in my life time . When checked with Manager he said we usually don't give this for family, we sell it for hourly basis to couples. I regretted my decision to book through oyo. Some how we completed our official work and vacated the property . The manager have not done anything to get us refund, but I called Oyo support team and helpdesk took my request after discussing with them for nearly 6 hours . each call of mine was 1 to 2 hours duration as I never wished to leave this matter . I elaborately reported this matter to let people know

3.Oyo sales team, never check with hotels or customers before altering the booking

  2. Their application or customer care will never support you when you are in need but after all sufferings, their helpdesk will check your issues and will initiate refunds. Whatever we booked in OYO they refunded . But what about high tariff we paid for such a poor maintained property and the mental stress me and mom undergone due to mismanagement of our bookings. My suggestion never book for families through Oyo. And if at all you are booking in need, never give them any advance payments . Only after checking in to property, do any payments. No guarantee room will be ready or the hotel is aware of your booking. Stay safe . I never faced any of this problems with any other applications so far.

I have booked OYO sagorika at chinar park, my booking was confirm, I show my I'd of booking, they told sorry you have to pay extra, Rs 350/-, then I call to customer care , he advised me that I will cancel this booking, and I will give you new booking near by Oyo.he told that your cancellation done, your amount will refund in 24hrs.i have not received any amount again call to customer care he is saying that you were chek in and check out done, I never stayed in the hotel and they are saying chekin check out, both OYO people and hotel owners are doing this scams, cheating with customer's.

We booked the room on 9th July 2023 in Delhi, but when we reached at the hotel they told us there’s no any booking , and when we contacted to the oyo customercare they are apologizing for the in convenience.


Even i told for different hotel they also denay. Now a days Oyo is irresponsibile cheating team with fraud service. Hope no one will not fall their traps.
