Oyo Rooms

Dear Friends,

I booked OYO rooms from the App, almost 1 month back from my travel date to GOA,

As I reached the Hotel in GOA, Hotel manager told that your Booking is confirmed but I don't have Room to give you because OYO had done over booking, means in Hotel ROYAL HERITAGE RESORT have 10 rooms as an OYO property and 14 rooms as a property of hotel owner.

For those 10 Rooms of OYO property, they have done a booking 24 different people.

Its a total responsibility of hotel manager and OYO for over booking and manager was telling that I can not do any thing you have to call OYO people to resolve this, as we have started calling OYO they are not responding, we got stuck no where to go.

Then only things was left to call police and get it resolved, that was the solution.

Whenever we go outside to our native place for work or for anything. Then we looks for hotels and these days the rates of good hotels are very high.my job is like that I have to travel a lot from one city to another.My friend suggested me regarding Oyo rooms on 15 th of august and by using his referral code I got 1000  Oyo money.

Apart from that there always some offers going by applying the code and by paying through Oyo cash you have to pay less.Now a days some rules got changed. Now there is no option for refer and earn.Also now you can pay 25% of the total money as Oyo money.But still you will have to pay less for best quality rooms.At last I would suggest to book your room through Oyo rooms app if you are looking for nice and pleasant stay in very cost effective rate.

I decide to spend a weekend in Goa and MY BIGGEST MISTAKE was to book Oyo. All my friends warned me against but ofcourse it was late I had already booked rooms with non-refundable tariffs.

The warning was accurate as it turned out later that one won't get the room when he/she reaches the hotel counter in a new city all tired after travelling miles. Either the room gets cancelled or you are shifted to some other rubbish hotel. In my case, we were helplessly shifted and it was a hotel in the middle of some farm because nobody else will book that place. Dude it is Goa! Oh yeah Oyo claims out of whatever 2-3 booking value propositions they have that customer gets "Premier Location". Oh god, no restaurants, scooty rentals, or other hotels, only thing we had was lush green and yellow farms on all the sides and a narrow road which can somehow accommodate a car. It was so scary that we used to return back by 9-10 pm that too in Goa!

?#?OyoRooms? customer centre is even more of a master-piece. Everytime you call them you have to start explaining from the day you were born. Do #OyoRooms call themselves a technology company? A real shame if so! Atleast get a better customer service system if you are raising that huge amount of money. That's mere basics #OyoRooms.

Totally disappointed and won't anyone in any circumstances!

I pick this specific site on the grounds that here on this site I generally get a few offers on rooms. here they give great spending plan lodging the god administration. this site takes under 5 seconds to stack and that is great and the booking administrations and the choice are anything but difficult to do.
