I recently bought a protection plan for my oneplus smartphone and it approved within a day. They provide best customer service and take quick actions on every concern. It is very easy to claim without any hassle and they explained everything very simply with full transparency.
I'll surely recommend it to everyone. At least buy one of their plan and you won't regret it.

I purchased an iPad insurance plan from Ora Policy around three months ago. Unfortunately, my iPad got damaged recently due to an accidental drop. I was quite stressed about the repair costs, but thankfully, I had opted for insurance from Ora Policy.
I filed the claim through their portal and was genuinely surprised by how quick and hassle-free the process was. The customer support team was very helpful and guided me through each step. Within a very short time, my claim was approved and I received the necessary support to get my iPad repaired without any extra charges from my side.
This kind of smooth and efficient service is rare to find. I truly appreciate how Ora Policy handled everything professionally and ensured that I didn’t have to worry about anything.

Bad service. They promised the some part of the premium as refund in third year. But they don't pay. They never respond to emails.

This is my first and only review. I usually dont post reviews about products and services, but this company gave great and memorable experience. I lost my high end laptop worth Rs. 2.90 lakh few days earlier in rajeev chowk metro station. I immediately filed report with police and emailed at ora policy as my insurance was covered by ora policy.
Today morning I got new laptop from ora policy through Amazon.and that was unbelievable.
ORA Policy has best protection plans for mobile & laptop I am using protection plan since 1.5 years customer service also good prompt on calls best Insurance provide by ORA policy
I had experience with ORA policy best service provider in the market they never disappoint highly recommend to everyone

The first replacement arrived in good condition like new one and was very quick replaced. I tried to register the online claim they called and let me understand about the how phone repaired. iT was Great experience with them
