Customer service is pathetic. Dont consider them fro any services. Better check calling their customer service number before you go for a booking. They are trucking the innoncent people by making them pay the money by offering less price. Pathetic service by customer care being handled from INDIA. My suggestion to everyone dont deal with musafir

I called the customer care and spoke to Margaret regarding visa. She quoted 7499per visa. when I asked for the breakup, she was no only rude but hungup on me. Because I asked her to get me a manager.:)


Then I called again and spoke to an idiot ANUP, he definately knew thats its the same customer calling, he was rude too and I had to hungup becuase tht moron didnt know what he was saying.


ZERO TRANSPARENCY. ILLGEAGAL BUSINESS.

We got Singapore Visa from musafir and we had the worst experience of our life. They dont pick your phone and there is no way you can know about your Visa status or passport.


The courier company refused to deliver the passport and I had to personally go and get it myself.


Please use them only if you want to have tension and BP and will like to take a risk of missing your flight.

We completed the trip mad returned back to India. He entire trip was well designed and we enjoyed a lot till we reached Kuala Lumpur from Singapore. Because of your Immature experience and Pathetic service, I had to pay INR 61460( 418.1 RM per person x 7 pacs) for VISA on arrival during transit in KL airport( Malaysia). Further to making this payment I was not carrying any RM currency and had to take money from ATM with Very High conversion rate and took 5 hrs to get VISA on arrival just to take our Next flight from KL to Kolkata via Bangkok in Thai air.


I have shared my travel plan with ticket details to you long back and described in details over email and phone multiple time. I even paid you in advance for Multi entry VISA for Malaysia based in my "Common sense" understanding, but you and your expert team suggested to go for Single Entry VISA and refunded me balance(around INR 500/ person while I had to pay INR 8780/head as VISA on arrival while coming from Singapore to KL).


Please understand there is NO Harm in saying "We don't know" even though you claim to be expertise in VISA. Please don't harass people and make their memorable Trip as Horrible Trip and also make them pay penalty for your callousness and unprofessional attitude!


Please pay me back 2926.7 RM( with conversion factor of 21 available in KL airport) as compensation.

Hi,


I recently contacted them for Schengen visa requirements and after I paid all the fee amount they stopped receiving my calls.


Once in blue moon when they did receive they just dragged visa processing to a month and at the end did nothing.


When I asked for refund when they said they would initiate it and I'm now tired calling them and emailing them everyday and got no money back.


Please do not take up this service for visa processing at cost. Its better you do the things on your own rather than trusting this pathetic service.


Mr Sameet Shetty is a one such incapable team lead I must say, who stops to respond after collecting your money and you would be left out with no option other than reaching customer court.

I had enquired about visa via the watsapp no on 12th however recieved no reply and applied my visa on the site on 15th.


Now my fly date was 30th morning. I have not got my visa yet. For south africa.


This guys are applying for visa first time may b.


They didnt know format or extaclty what they want.


Even after confirmation on email. They asked doc for 2nd time. Even aftr that visa rejected in embassy and now its accepted however no 1 is responding to my calls or email.


I kept on sending email and called thier cust care no one bothered as they got money.


My flight cost is at stake.


I wil drag you to court. Have emails documented and voice recording. Of ur mistakes. So get it done asap.


Today I went thier office then they started looking into it. The tl was helpfull . Tried on 29th q day prior to flight n they along with manager said we can try I wil have to pay 5k I agreed but it didnt work and her manager like the associates there is waste. Asked me I can do any thing I want. They dont care. I shud have gone to ixigo. For visa. No knowledge she has n very abrupt speech she had. Now I am helpless my flight has gone . N I dont have visa. Passport.


Will go to ombudsman. and use this blessing of social media.


I wish no customer gets into thier trap and loss money. And thier plans.

Extremely pathetic service, they will call you 100 of times till they get money after that they will never respond to you! I applied for china visa and accordingly booked my tickets based on their assurances once they got money they never responded and delayed my pickup . upon submittion they never updated status and I had to cancel my tickets which were non refundable . Lost huge amount of money. They are really crooks really beware of them.

We inquired about the Malaysia's eNTRI note Visa from Musafir.com. They promised to deliver within 2-3 days. It was delivered as promised, but eNTRI is generated instantly on submission of documents, and the validation process happens on arrival. They took 3 days for a 3-min task.


I made the payment on day 1. When asked on day 2, they told me that the Visa was applied on day 1, and the documents were under the review of Embassy. Also, they requested two alternate mail ids. When I called again on day 3, they told me that they require one more doc before application(they had actually not applied on day 1). Also, the doc was already sent on day 1, so I just re-sent the same mail, and demanded a cancellation of application, since it was clear that they were not professional. However, she promised to get the Visa in an hour, and I agreed.


In less than 2 hrs, I got another call from Musafir, that our accounts were created on windowmalaysia.com, and requested mail verification from all three accounts, even though other two accounts were supposed to be alternate mail ids to be used if the main one was unreachable. After verification, I again called them, and asked them to submit the application(which was now a 1-click job). They told me that the Visas are approved, but the delivery is taking time(lol). Finally, several hours later, I got one payment confirmation mail on three different mail ids from windowmalaysia.com, and a mail from Musafir.com stating that the request(Visa) with Musafir.com was completed. The eNTRI note link was given at the bottom of the long mail. They did not even bother to generate the Visas and send them to our mail ids.


Either they did not know the process, or they took 3 days to justify their process. I am sorry Musafir.com, but third party websites do not work like that. Imagine MakeMyTrip or Cleartrip asking users to register on the airline website, using their accounts to book the ticket, charging 2-3 times the price of ticket, telling them'airline is processing your ticket since the last 2 days', booking the tickets after 3 days, and not even mailing them the tickets from their end.


Considering my experience and perception of their lack of knowledge, I decided not to book any future Visas with them.

I applied a tourist visa for my brother to come and visit the UAE. Melaine, one of the customer representative helped me from the very beginning until the everything is sorted. She was very friendly and very very helpful. She processed and received my brothers visa at the right time. And booked my brother's flight right away too.

Cheaters being unfair!

We booked a round trip ticket for Rs. 7614 on Musafir.com. This was our first time using musafir.com as we had a coupon with a bank. However, even before the booking was done, there was a fare hike 3 times. That's fine. After the money was debited, the ticket was not issued yet.


We booked a second ticket for the same price within 10 minutes. This ticket was confirmed and we got the email.


We receive a call almost 45 minutes later saying that price of ticket #1 has been increased now by Rs. 350.


When our ticket #2 booked 10 minutes later went through with the original price, how is this price hike possible?


We were on phone for almost 1 hour and Musafir managed to again take an extra Rs. 350 from our pocket for no fault of ours.


Musafir.com is not customer friendly and not genuine. They cheat and are unfair. Their coupons mean nothing.

I applied for visa through them, paid all the charges beforehand, got all the the documents ready for them to pick up. They delayed the pickup by almost a week, did not submit the documents to the embassy on time, and couple of days later came back to me saying that visa could not be processed on time. I lost my money on air travel, hotel reservation, and not to mention, all the hassles I went through. Please stay away from this company at any cost. Horrible customer service!

We applied for 5 visa on 7th Dec and after rigorous followup got only 3 visa on 19th Dec and on 21st night they are telling that please reschedule your trip as we are not sure about remaining 2 visas. Not a single time they communicated to us in this 17 days about their inability and they started avoiding calls when followed up. We lost more than 2 Lakh due to their calous behaviour and they are saying we cant do anything abt it. If you dont want to ruin your holiday never think about musafir.com ever

I have cancelled my ticket with Musafir.com on 30th September 2017 and yet to receive my refund.


The ticket cost was more than 6k and post all deduction I am suppose get refund of almost 4k for which I have a mail from musafir.com confirming the same. But now its more than 40 days, I have got any money back or any update as well.


I have tried mail, calls but of no use.


I have to file a case in consumer court to get the refund now.


My suggestion is to stay away from this company.

The below abstract is based on the most Pathetic experience that I have faced from Musafir.com


My Father booked 3 Tickets from Musafir.com from Pune to Nagpur. Unfortunately, while booking the same, he mismatched the names which are needed to book the tickets.


We immediately called up Indigo Airlines to confirm whether we need to make the changes. The spokesperson on behalf of Airlines asked us to cancel the same and re-book another tickets. Also, they confirmed that because we are cancelling the booked tickets within 15 Minutes we will recieve a full refund. We went by the instructions of Indigo Airlines spokeperson and booked new tickets.


After 7 days we spoke to Indigo Airlines about the refund and they confirmed that they have processed the same to the agency who had booked tickets for us. Post confirmation witht he Agency(The Agency - Musafir.com replied us about confirmation on refund after we asked them and wrote to them, this company did not take efforts to confirm their customers from their end)


Post writing an Email to Musafir.com they confirmed that they have recieved the refund from the Airlines and that they will process in 7 days, they processed only 50% of the amount.


Its been 2 Weeks where I have been writing Mails to Musafir.com but these requests are falling on deaf ears about the remaining 50% Refund.


This is the most pathetic service we have ever experienced where an agency is so cruel, callous and ruthless in Customer Service and aims at making money by fleecing their customers amount even when they have recieved full refund from the Airline.


I appeal to all travellers that please do not go by Musafir.com and boycott such agencies who aim at making money by duping people and then not responding to their Mails.
