supercash is just a bakwaas there is no proper usage of supercash utilization

very disappointed with this portal

I paid my medicine bill with mobikwik my order got cancelled and they have deducted the mobikwik cash back completely and credited to supercash and know I am not able to use that

purpose will not serve better use phonepe googlepay amazonpay instead of this.

Please do not use mobikwik wallet for your money transaction or other services such as mobile recharge dth recharge this application also allows you to transfer your walldnt balence to your bank account with 2% charges plus gst belive me do not use this application they dont have support services if transaction is faild no one will respond to your transaction they have customer support number but their customer service is under maintAnasultannce from last 6 month not only customer support number they also font respond to your mail on any of helf email either you mail at support@mobikwik.com or other like risk@mobikwik. I tried to contact them from last 6 month because bymistake I register with same number but diffrent mail id and I lost my ₹; 110 from account and no response from their side.

Hello just want to share mobikwik experience when transaction failed.

I was trying to book BUS from mobikwik and my transaction got failed with error'Bus operator' not found and amount 800/- deducted.

I have raised many tickets and email to help section of mobikwik but no response from them, It's been almost 15 days and still not received my amount and no one is replying on email.

This is really frustrating.don't believe this kind of fake websites.

requesting you to change my primary number to 9769626270 on urgent basis if I lost any amount then I not gonna pay you back.

The worst app I have ever used .

This is how they fool you 1st they say you can claim your payback points here .

They make you add money to the points via your credit or debit cards.

Then when you use the app to recharge they deduct the money from your babk instantly but the recharge never happens, they msg stating it will happen latest by 30mins . But it takes whole day still no recharge happens.

Your money is lost and they don’t even bother to reply . Who recharged phone on a app and waits whole day to get the recharge . Cheaters.

I have ordered an item through Myntra, and done payment through mobiwik and used my debit card also. I don't keep money simply in mobiwik wallet. At the same moment i have cancelled that item. But the refund is credited into my mobiwik Wallet. Now inorder to move that money into my bank account i need to pay extra cash for that. Useless wallet and poor service. If I have an option to choose 0 rate.i will prefer that one. And supercash also waist.

It's been a week I have got my KYC done by visiting there KYC centre. And till now the same has not bee updated till date and when contacted they don't even care about the concern instead just send a robotic reply to get the KYC done or process the refund without even knowing the concern. Their customer service number call is Always on upgrading. So you can't even talk to them and on Facebook and chat they are more than worse even the nightmare will be lullaby in front of mobikwik service. It's a request from everyone don't even try mobikwik.

Customer Service of mobikwik is worst than any app, they do not response. My payment of Rs. 2000 is fail throygh mobikwik, but they did not refunded till more than 20 days passed.

I have raised ticket on their app multiple times, but they do not response properly.

I suggest everyone, pls do not use this app.

Supercash concept is worst.

KYC ISSUES : - if you are failing to get KYC then simpley Uninstall and then reinstall your app and try. It'll work.

FAILING TO GET LOAN :

-Dont apply directley first use the wallet for Bill payments recharges and Money transfer for at least a week then u can apply its really simple to opt.

-Just read their Eligebility Crietery before applying and try to make your profile as they want.

Mobikwik is mobile application on which you can do recharge your cell phone, pay electricity bills etc. There is no support provided to the user from support team regarding queries. When you try to redeem your supercash the applications gets crashed. I had 100 rupees supercash in my wallet, it can be redeem only at 7.00 pm in the evening. Whenever I tried to convert the supercash into cash either the applications used to get crash or some message used to displayed like we have distributed the today's qutoa of supercash.

Everyday it used to happen like that and after some days my supercash got expired. Then I reported the same thing to the support team and they were like we can't help you.

I added Rs. 3500 to my mobikwik account on 7th January 2019. Mobikwik then immediately created a negative entry of Rs.3500 with the name ‘Wallet debit against Recovering amount for wrong IRCTC refund’ and forfeited the whole amount. On raising ticket, they one-sidedly changed the ticket status to ‘Resolved’ without informing me. I chased them on twitter and they gave me a transaction ID for IRCTC booking. I immediately gave them screenshot from their own website and IRCTC that the transaction has a positive and negative entry, hence nullifying the charges. Then they gave me another Transaction ID of IRCTC which has similar entries on their own website.

Now they want me to reach out to IRCTC and seek email confirmation from them that the transactions had failed.

Mobikwik has held my money without informing me and now making run from pillar to post. They themselves should be doing their job properly.

Hello guys I am reviewing Mobikwik mobile app after using it add money using upi.

I am directly sharing my experience with you guys recently Mobikwik launch offer which is that if you're using u p I as a payment option during add 500 money in Mobikwik wallet then you will get 50 rupees extra as a cashback so I did the same procedure are open account at Mobikwik register as a u p I and add 500 rupees to its voltage but scenes after 3 days to go I didn't get any cashback.

I am very disappointed with mobikwik.com
