You just have to register a account with mobiikwik. Now you can load money to your mobikwik wallet via debit card / credit card / net banking and many more options.

Offers are very less by mobikwik in comparison to paytm. I have faced issues where many a times. I didn't get cashback for using mobikwik wallet. I had to write email to support team & they credited me cashback after 3- days. This is not the case in paytm, where you get cashback on time. So I didn't like service of mobikwik & I don't want to recommend to other users.

The discount from mobikwik are great as compared to other wallet sites

I have availed upto 40% of total value paid on site which was just recent.

the only problem is that at times it happens that the bookmyshow.com site does not respond but that is a technical glich and not be blamed on wallet sites.

I do agree that there are other great offers apart from bookmyshow only such as add money to wallet and recharge offers.

One can avail discounts via this site eventhough they do not have premium category credit/debit cards.

have till date not face any kind of fraud/misguidance using this site and highly recommend to others specially once who frequently use movie sites.

Dont trust this friends, I have booked a movie ticket from this site for night 11'oclock night show at 6'oclock in the evening and my transaction has been completed sucesfully but no mail or message came to me for any movie.

I want to call them to inform this but there is no customer care service for them and finally I got my tickets at 11:15 where the movie has been started already. really an a*hole site.

Be careful, I am victim. I got cashback only on first three transactions and they have refused cashback for fourth transactions.

They have told me that they have some terms and conditions setup but they must have to generate a warning message during fourth transactions.

I am cheated also they have one more problem.you can't generate two support ticket from there website.  Highly Unprofessional. don't use it.

MobiKwik offering Online recharge and payment gateway services. We can recharge postpaid, prepaid, 3g, 2g and Dth plans. It is offerring online wallets also. With mobikwik wallet we can shop on website like shopclues, ebay and Pepperfry etc.

Recently I brought one 3/4 short from shopclues. at payment gateway I select mobikwik to pay the money. Later I logged into my mobikwik account, then I added my card details. Finally my transaction was successfully completed. I got 10% discount from Mobikwik. I felt very happy at that moment.

After few day my order is delivered. Actually I ordered 38 size of short, but the merchant sent me 28th size of short. So I requested to merchant I got wrong product, I need to return the product. Merchant accepted and then he refunded the money.

Now the issue is, my total money is mobikwik wallet. I am unable to transfer money to my bank account. I cant use that much amount for recharges and other things, I want to get my money back to my bank account.Please add this option to your website as soon as possible.

It is a fraudulent app no one should use. I am the victim. I lost Rs, 8 300/- please don't use this if we complaint also they cannot solve it.

Some fraud people are using this as medium and doing their business they have tracked  debit card and done above said amount but I  did not get the amount back and not even traced it what is  the order using the order number I have complained in cyber crime but no response waiting to  get the solution

There seemed to be some issue with tata docomo site for online recharge. So, I went to mobikwik.com for recharging my sim. As soon as I landed up one the front page, what I saw was very few tabs nicely placed and self explanatory.

Adding money to virtual wallet is a new concept to Indian consumers.but as you see this website.they have made it very simple to add money to you wallet and transfer it to other person's account. Phone number is what they use as primary identification and thats cool.

Once you have created account on this site then transferring and receiving money is really simple. I did not like the color scheme.and the look and feel is dull.but as I said very user friendly and I think lot of people will start using it very soon.

Originally my mobikwik wallet balance was~ 53

Tried to book ticket on 17-May-2015 from Bookmyshow. Amount Rs 200.22. Failed transaction.

Tried to book another ticket on 17-May-2015 from Bookmyshow. Amount Rs 200.22. Failed transaction.

No automatic refunds to account or to wallet.

Tried to pay to pizzahut on 29-May-2015 for~ Rs 553. Failed transaction.

Wallet balance updated to~ 606

Asked them regarding the refund status of my failed transactions on bookmyshow. Somehow they reversed one and reduced another one from my wallet(why?)

Wallet balance~ Rs 404

Have never been able to pay successfully through their website lately and the aftermath to get the refund/reversal is discouraging.They do not keep display any logs on their website for the clarity of transaction amounts. Have been requesting them to update wallet correctly and reverse back the net amount of 606 to my bank account for almost 45 days now and have been thoroughly disappointed.

Would not recommend to anybody to fall for their cashbacks and discounts.

While I am recharging its generate the otp but its showing in same page. No security and very poor and unreliable customer support.

Mobikwik, it is online mobile recharge site. Once they given cash back offer of 50rs if we added 50rs to mobikwik wallet. I had bad experience with mobikwik. I didn't get my cash back to my wallet. The site is totally waste that's is not at all user-friendly. I was not understand how to navigate to wallet and my account setting. I heard site is also not secure transaction. They offered first user will get 100% cash back I got but it added long time later. Login and register to site is worst. After that I never did any transaction with mobikwik. I am unhappy with their service because of site design and is not user-friendly. Once you register you will not get any offers for existing user very less. In paytm they give on every product or recharge cash back.

May block your account without giving any valid reason.Not ever use https://Mobikwik.Com to recharge. My money went but recharge never done.

For recharging through mobikwik first the user needs to transfer money to their wallet and then using that the recharge can be done. One more nonsense procedure is otp.

Of late I came to know about this site which has got many offers and discounts for recharge. We are offered cashbacks, discount coupons and they look very tempting offers for us to miss them. So I fell knowingly into the trap, as I registered as a new user for the first time.

After I proceeded and finished my recahrge, every promises of discounts just vanished into thin air. It kept on telling that I am not eligible for the offers. It does not permit any sort of discount to the new user. But for an old user to a certain extent the promises are kept.

But anyway I was cheated nicely by the website and now I have completely stopped using it. Whatever amount I paid through my card was put into my wallet with no discounts. I just used up that amount for recharging my mobile and stopped it completely.

I was really disappointed when I first saw their website I thought Oh, I am really fortunate to avail a little discount for my recharge. But then I thought, in India Mouthshut stands out among the whole lot of websites to keep their promises and be transparent in the dealings. No one can be equal in their dealings like Mouthshut. Atleast I feel happy that I can rely on Mouthshut when the others are competing on how to cheat people.

I am using Mobikwik.com from last some months. I have marked that they provide offer for recharge only some time, But I am using it for cashback for movie ticket on bookmyshow.

And online pizza from dominos. I am not recommending this site for recharge or bill payment, but you must check and use it for online shopping because they provide many time good offer for online shopping. overall I am happy with mobikwik for use it as payment gateway for online shopping.

I paid to myntra through this mobikwik app, my money was deducted from mobikwik wallet but the payment was not  made to myntra and transcation was incomplete.

I lost rs1128, Its benn so many weeks I contacted theie support team but poor customer response they just say "we are looking into it.

I coudlnt recover my money.They just give some fake discounts and try to attract customers but they eat up your money. No call customer support, they just loot our money.I never gonna do any transactions on this.

And all executive and supervisor ask me ur complain is forwarded. They just cheat customers so I request to plz cancel ur idea connection never use mobikwik.com website.

On 3rd June its didn't add in my account.so I complained to idea.idea executive give me 6th june.they told me ur amount will deposit in our account on 6th june.after that they ask me 11th june now they told me ur payment is return so they demanding bank statement via email.

So I sent mail on his email id.now as it is my outgoing call is barred from 3rd june.now I request them for take some action they asking me submit ur bank statement in idea office. They can't doing anything just rotate me here and there. Now its humble request to u don't use   Idea cellular gujarat and mobikwik. Following is payment reference given by mobikwik.

Mobikwik An online mobile recharging site. Like every other online recharging site Mobikwik is also competing with its lucrative offers like cash-back, free coupons etc.

Regardless of hassle free recharging the UI of Mobikwik is not that friendly or say you may not enjoy recharging through it. The first concern that came into my mind while recharging was the safety of my money, what is something went wrong. Fortunately it didn't happened till now.I would recommend this site but you better improve your UI or else u ll be lost in the competition.

When I first heard of mobikwik I wasn't interested even with the slew of offers they were providing both for recharge and as a payment gateway, mainly because the site didn't feel refined like some others I were using for both purposes and as a result felt unsafe to use.But somewhere along the line I tried the site and it turned out to be a pleasant experience, the overall processes are simple and straightforward and cashback are received within the hour. The payment gateway is also available on a number of sites and couple of times when refunds where issued by these sites they were credited within 24 hours.The only time I had trouble was regarding a recharge and upon contacting the customer care the issue was rectified.Their android app is also quite good and I use it exclusively for adding money and recharging. The only major glitch of the app I observed till then was that whenever a debit or credit was done, we need to restart the app for the wallet to show the updated wallet details. This was a minor ui glitch and overall it has been a good experience using mobikwik.That was until yesterday when I used mobikkwik for payment on an online site, when payments are done the debit details and also the link to claim cashback if any are sent to the number linked to the account. This number they call primary number can be viewed in the saved connections tab. To set or change a primary number we have to enter the number and an otp is sent to that number and only upon verifying the password can the number be set or changed. So in practice it quite impossible even by mistake to set the number. Also there is provision to add other numbers to the saved connection list which doesnt require verfification, I had added my secondary number also to this list.I initially thought it was some problem with their servers that the texts were not recieved. Then my mother said that she received a couple of texts from mobikiwk and upon looking they were the debit details and link to claim cashback. I checked the app saved connection list and it showed my no.as primary but on pressing a refresh button that was available it showed that my mothers number was  now the primary.I don't even remember saving her number and setting it as primary from my side alone even by accident is not possible. I logged in to website to check if was problem with the app, but it too showed my mother's number as primary and to add to that both my number were not even listed on thes site. Anyway I changed the primary number back to mine by following the procedure and upon completion it was the only number saved according to the site.Upon checking the app the change to my number had taken place but unlike the site here both my 2nd number and my moms number were listed in the save connection. on trying to delete the numbers it was n't happening on the app and restating it didn't work, also as the numbers weren't listed on the site deleting from the site also was not possible.These as major security flaws as the primary number has admin privileges, we can access the account settings, And if by mistake the number can be changed, think of a hacker, not only our moneys will be lost but our saved card details, numbers, address details and other saved personal details will be in the wrong hands.I've raised a complaint with the site, its been over 12 hours a reply has not yet been received. I hope they rectify these issues, until then using mobikwik will be quite stupid.

Mobikwik. com is a mobile, gas bills, insurance, DTH recharge service etc. I have used this application for recharging my mobile.

For recharging through Mobikwik first the user needs to transfer money to their ewallet and then using that the recharge can be done. But the promo codes for cashbacks on payment by debit cards cannot be used in Mobikwik so I personally do not like this website.

Except for this, this mechanism is safe because if the recharge is not successful, the money gets refunded back to the ewallet. I haven't found any great offers so do not prefer recharging through Mobikwik.
