I m using Mobikwik app since last 3 years. It has been updated and add more new features from last time. Users friendly and trusted app for fast payments transfers .

Features like adding money from Credit card to wallet is very useful and easy to use, Pay bills and do recharges , take loans online from lenders and now we can also invest our money in Mobikwik for earn some extra int.

App also provides Zip pay a cool feature and option for emergency need of money .

I didn't face any issues or problem with this app till today I m using this app.

If we face any miner issue , Customer care executives are very polite and friendly, they always ready to help at preference.

Overall it's very useful and Trusted Platform for online payments transactions.

Worst.I was using their Mobikwik zip facilities last year, Due to my health issues I was unable to repay on time, their recovery agent contacted me for the payment, she gave me offer of Penalty waiver If I made the payment on the same day, I arranged money from someone else and asked her that if the waiver is approved or not, She confirmed and I made the payment of total billing value. But now they are again harrassing me for the balance payment( waived off penalty)+ new penalty. This is ridiculous.

They are biggest scammer

I took 1200₹ loan and They are asking me 6000 rupees saying penalty for being late

Would suggest others to never make payments by yourself. If it is set for auto debit then always wait for auto deduction from your account.

Otherwise MobiKwik.com will never return your complete amount if double EMI got deducted.

Mobikwik has pathetic protocols and cheap services. And it levied charges without prior notification.

I have reported for some fraudulent transactions from my wallet and I also made a written complaint to the kolkata cyber crime department as per the rules and guidance and also share copy of the said complaint but mobikwik continuously calling and messaging me for clearence of dues which was happened without my consent. Although mobikwik is not following the RBI guidelines where they said everything about fraud transaction and also said that there is no liability on the user of the account.

I had a highly distressing experience with this company, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others about their unethical practices. This company not only deceived me but also violated my privacy in a deeply concerning manner.

During the installation of their app, ask for various permissions, including access to my contacts, gallery, and location. Little did I know that these permissions would be used against me in the most alarming way.

Not only did they exploit my contacts to harass my family and friends when I couldn't repay them immediately, but they also took advantage of my personal photos. They edited my pictures without my consent, using them to create defamatory posters, spreading false information about me and labeling me as a fraud.

Such gross misuse of personal information is an absolute violation of privacy and a breach of trust. This company has shown a complete disregard for ethical business practices, exploiting innocent individuals for their own gain.

I urge everyone to be cautious and avoid any interactions . Their actions are not only deceptive but also demonstrate a lack of respect for personal boundaries and privacy.

If you have also fallen victim to the practices, I encourage you to report the incident to the appropriate authorities and take necessary steps to protect your privacy and well-being

First they will provide credit then they will bill twice a month later with daily intrest, more ever there staffs will call you and threatens you and these company runs on only intrest, third class service with gunda service. Never take credit fom these companies.

This company uses the personal data after installing the app.

Customer care abuses the customer a lot

This app should be banned as soon as possible.

Customer abuses mother and sister on call.

Also they do miss calling to customer

No body has informed me about from your side that your billing cycle is twice in a month, I was thinking your billing will be once in a month.

I many time requesting no one help for me.

so I cant trust service it is a fraud service.

Cash back offers are unrealistic, doesn’t work properly and customer care is pathetic.

Someone else's account has my email due to Mobikwik's own fault.

I have been asking the support to remove it. But they aren't helping, instead asking for self attested ID which doesn't provide any help as that won't prove anything. Because the account is of someone else but the email it has is mine.

They also say they don't ask for such things as ID from email sms or phone and if they do we shouldn't share it yet they are asking and wasting my time instead of fixing the issue which simply require them to remove my email ID from someone else's account.

It's someone else's account, how is my ID going to help.

Well I may sue Mobikwik if they don't help resolve this soon and whoever was the support is going to get their back kicked for good.

They have the most pathetic support system.

This is the worst app.

I had transferred 15000 rupees to friend's account through this app 2 months ago.

The transaction was shown as successful but the money was not credited to the friend's account.

This is rubbish and worst app.

Stay away from these MFs. They charge 680 late fine for single day for total bill anount of 1000. These business need to die as soon as possible.

I started using this mobikwik app and at some point of time I realized that their% of interest is so high and I decided not to use it.

I raised multiple requests to deactivate account after deleting all mapped bank accounts/cards.Its almost 1 year now My account is still active,

Due to this, its impacting my CIBIL score.

I used this app 4 months I paid all used amount and bill on time in December mobikwik send bill of Rs 1900 and tried to pay on date 20 December but the mobikwik app is not run as run and work everyday and they charged me Rs. 655 lete free for 1900 and charged every day more extra Rs 15 21 December to 28 December I called everyday mobiwik castmercare but they don’t give me any solution and support and after tried on 31 again tried to pay amount with late free but 31 December again app is not run after 1 jan I paid my dues 2558 but after this again they charged me more Rs 458 and app start run

I try using this app for my payment on coin dcx and guess what , it fail 5 to 6 times . It is very frustrating . I will not suggest you to use this app .

I ordered dress from Myntra and paid thru this app. Later I want to return some 2 items one is around 529 and another one is 300 something, Myntra refunded my money for my return but I didn’t receive my payment.. again I ordered from Myntra but this time paid thru straight phone pay and returned again within a day I got my refund and my bank acc got credited..i complaint and no response
