MobiKwik is a worst and fraud app. It was taken extra charges from zip and other payments never use this app in any situation. Very bad customer service and their response

They are not allowing the withdrawal of the customers investments. Suddenly they changed their terms and policies without the consent of the customers. Now they are accepting only deposits. They do not allows withdrawals on the request of the customers. A massive complaint should me made against them for this kind of irresponsible move.

Sends offensive messages in Whatsapp about customers and send photos of customers and write comments like

"DEFAULTER CHOR COMPANY KI PHOTO DEKH LIJIYE"

in capital letters and send it as Whatsapp chat.

Be careful from such third class companies or try to ban these cheap apps. Remove it from playstores.

Don't have manners how to behave with customers.

Totally fake company, such a cheat fund company, my money have been deposited in mobikwik, later on not able to withdrawmy amount, even not giving interest, taking long time for repayment my money with very very very less amount, it's like totally cheat fund

I had invested 240000/- with 12.99 percent interest rate. Now they have changed their policy. Giving money as installments. Still my 180000/- is stuck with mobikwik. Please dont download this app and use it. Such a big scam. All are frauds.

I am using this app for approximately 2 years. In the beginning this app was good i almost invested 3 lakhs and withdrawal it also without any difficulty. But now they suddenly stop there xtra and plus feature without informing which seems like cheating. My 70 K is now stuck and they states that if borrower pays then only i can credit my money that too will be in instalments which is not ok as i was investing in xtra. Now i am totally dependent on borrower for my money. This gives me lesson to not use this type of apps and i am recommending you all for the same.

My name is suresh, I using this app is very don't use full app I am very angry for for send tha again and again message, what's app message I already paid all amount then message me given to legal action, I already paid all amount so why given to legal action and given all amount to then why message me and I squre he, she blackmail me.

By just downloading the MobiKwik app two transactions happened without my knowledge and when the app people called for recovery I checked the app which was showing fraud transactions and on asking they asked me to complain to cyber crime department and then they totally put on cyber crime without responding and now they are threatening me that they will send recovery agents

I had invested in mobikwik extra for a period of 3 months. I recently understood that they have converted the account into a lending account without my consent / permission. Now my money is completely in a locked state, There is no option provided to withdraw and it says that if the borrower of my deposit repays then I will get my money back. Request every one to be careful and stop using this wallet. They are a fraud company.

MobiKwik Xtra is an absolute nightmare. I invested in MobiKwik Flexi expecting a safe and flexible plan, but without my consent, my money was moved to a risky peer-to-peer (P2P) lending scheme. Now large sum of my money is trapped in loans I can’t control.The platform’s fees are outrageous, and their response to my complaints is even worse. When I contacted them, they hid behind vague claims about urgent RBI rules and avoided answering my questions. This feels like a scam. Avoid MobiKwik Xtra if you don’t want to lose your money and get stonewalled by their customer service.

Well mobikwik it has now been close to 150 hours since I raised my first complaint regarding being unable to use the funds in my zip pay later account despite having 1449 rupees as balance ..since then I have raised four more tickets but your customer care executives and technicians have been completely unable to offer me even a single viable solution that can fix the problems being faced by me since the last one week..This kind of behaviour exposes the gross incompetence of your employees who can't even fix such minor issues despite having 150 hrs at their disposal to do it..the only thing they have offered me every time I have raised a ticket is a statement that asks me to wait for the next 24 hours before they fix my problems ..well now 150 hours have elapsed and they still have not been been able to fix the problems being faced by me since the last one week ..Both mobikwik and its employees should be ashamed of the kind of pathetic response they have been able to come up with in regards to fixing the problems being faced by their paying customers..
