Dear Manas Team,
I am utterly disappointed with the quality of the service provided by your company. Your sales team over promises and your delivery barely exists leave alone under delivering.
I mean, have you looked at the mail with your long list of instructions and details in the mail provided to a simple query? I neither have the time, patience nor the energy to go through pages of copy on a simple query to get my username and password to log into my c panel. Which in my previous experience with other companies is as simple as'ABC!'
FYI, the user name and password provided in the mail displays as incorrect username and password. This speaks volumes about the service.
It is disappointing and painful to deal with your company with no options to contact you. There is no e-mail support or call support. You have an annoyingly painful and ridiculous "Ticket system" that is neither easy to understand nor effective. I would like a refund of the payment so that I could move to another server that has efficient customer service and a sound technical team to attend to my queries.
Please note that If I do not hear from your Technical Team to resolve the issue or process a refund I would be forced to look into legal options for the delay in being unable to update my website.
To sum up, I feel cheated and let down for having to use your services. Be assured I would most probably never use your services again in the future and I will most definitely not recommend your services to anybody. Pathetic is an understatement. Your reckless approach to a customer who has paid is both frustrating and unpleasant to say the very least.
