I have never come across such a agency in serving customers. Very bad experience undergoing physical and mental trauma. Exorbitant fees... Service charges taken before the profiles are exchanged. Profiles shared does not match with requirements. Management what to say have to ethic to serve the clients. Now they are not returning the money too. Would never ever recommend anyone to anyone. Its a scam.. Guys beware.

The organisation run by Mr. Madhusudan in Hyderabad, claims to provide most trained , versatile , hard working maids. For this, they charge exorbitant rate. Rs. 6, 500/- for registration, Rs.6500/- per month is maids charge, Rs. 300/- per month is some admin charge. Within a span of one month they changed some 5 maids. Look at the reasons: 1st maid provided was totally regional language speaking old lady when the condition was to provide a hindi speaking active lady who knows to cook north indian dishes. 2nd lady promised to join after 5 days , didn't turn up at all.Imagine had to do entire household work as had removed maids. 3rd maid left after 2 weeks saying she had come to stay with relatives( leaving her son in Dilshukhnagar) one week back and now they are creating problems for her.Maidsand cook claims to do thorough background check and people like us trust the house on such claims.

Finally send another maid after much hue n cry saying she's the most professional lady. People you should have seen her work and the pace of it, you could get high blood pressure and migraine in one day. Finally, we declined to use their service and asked for refund as we had not used their services even for a month but they refused to refund. plz beware of such organisations and people who cheat people with sweet talks and false claims.
