I just met my friend this week and he gave a shocking message of Just Dial. He has a physical store and he was informed by Just Dial to pay a huge amount and they assured for more orders. He didn't receive a single order for the past one year. I also run a shop name Peckys Pure, so I know the pain of hard earned money. Again after one year Just Dial called my friend for plan renewal and spoke for renewal and he rejected and also advised me not to loose money.Beware

The experience is really bad. Very poor service. I have checked for AC service and Just daill informed that they have experienced mechanic and will send from their end. They send and it was a bad service. My issue was not fixed. I complaint multiple times but no action. Those AC mechanics are also not responsive, but picking calls now

I have taken just dial subscription after too many request of their representative, I asked him to give demo membership for 2 months and after getting good response from market leads i will continue and gave money by my credit card and waiting for my promotion after one month they told me to start esc than your service will start otherwise not, I told them I gave them tow month money give us service for two months they denied and till yet every week waist my time to start esc their representative do false promises and takes money to save their jobs and just dial do nothing........

I have taken just dial subscription for 4 months, to promote my business , they have taken my bank details and marketing person told me it's a formality only.Sales person has taken 7080 rs from me as a advance 2 months subscription after 15 days they deducted 3500 from my bank again I called sales person he told me it's a process, and the leads they have send me totally fake so I told just dial to stop my subscription because I am not earning any thing but they continue deducted the amount from my bank account .I have send so many mails to stop my subscription till today they are deducting the amount then I told my bank to stop that number.

They provide wrong numbers. When I tried to call a specific shop. The call went to another shopkeeper. As a customer I am getting calls from many other shopkeeper, to whom I am not interested.

Worst company.so many times informed to cancel ECS and refund the deposit. they are not interested in canceling the ECS or giving the refund. if any one can help to stop ECS and get refund of the deposit.

I have registered just dial coimbatote. I am senior citizen aged 69 years. I have cheated by just dial and his sales person Sarath kumar 962967xxxx. He didnt inform any proper information simply taken my signature on unfilled form and deducted money from my account. One of theworst cheating company. Please be aware

The sales team and customer care team both are cheaters. If you once paid yealry plan, you cannot discontinue EMI. They are not replying you well after taking your money.

Just dial is a review manipulator don’t go with just dial reviews.

Just dial will remove bad reviews of there members.

Just dial representatives will call and force u to remove bad reviews if you don’t do they will themself delete bad reviews.

Just Dial is doing fraudulent activities, its just a trap, there executive will say that any moment you can cancel your membership if you are not happy with results but when you go for cancellation they will not do, they will not accept any reason for cancellation of membership, even they will not listen what you want to say.they will repeat their standard line and terms of agreement, if you say go with closed business and than they will say our management will decide that they will approve this reason or not. And do not expect call answer from their sales representative, I tried many times but sales guy never answered my call(Tanuj 7206751828).

I have subscribed their service to promote my business but they have cheated me very badly. They promise so many things but they dont do anything. They have collected from me almost 10000 rupees but they haven't done anything to promote my business. With great difficulty ot cancelled their service. If we call them they give stupid answers and finally I lost my money. I advice the public not to take their service as they are a cheating company.

I Dr Balmohan Ekkaldevi have a listing of Parijatt Ayurveda Clinic and it started from 03.04.23. But I am extremely unhappy with your service from your marketing team Mr. Aditya and also because I was given another Business listing and was not consulted before. Also I was left to sort the problem myself and my ECS and two months advanced cheque was debited from my account. Cheque for 6000rs. and 2950rs.for 1 month. But no documentation has been collected prior to my listing.

I am extremely disturbed and unhappy from your service.

I want to delist from your service and also return my amount as I had not used your service per se. Also your marketing staff Mr Aditya is not receiving my calls. I had already raised issue with customer care from 6.4.23 but not yet recieved any response from your side.

I had complained on 17.04.2023 regarding my listing. Still no resolution has been done from Just dial limited. I am extremely aggrieved and unhappy from the fake and misleading services of Just Dial. It has been an extremely agonising and painful association with you. You people don't care about the money of the common man. Your staff and customer care are also the partner who give false and misleading information to customers, so that money and targets are achieved even at the cost of customers. I would like to specially mention the name of your executive Mr. Aditya Dubey who is a thief. If any amount of dignity is there you will try to resolve my problem.

Just dial is just a scam their representative have been trained to do the fraud with innocent people once they start the ecs transaction their behaviour and dealing change a lot. and then all the statements become false. I warn you not to take their services they are not transparent. just making fool of innocent people and filling their pockets. highly disappointed.

From past few month my google business listing contact number getting rejected because of wrong contact number provided by local listing, While wring this review I received call from customer care and I raised my concern to them, they have fixed it immediately after 30 minutes I checked again if it is showing proper number or not, as expected same condition here am attaching few screen shots as a proof, I was planing to do business with these guys, now I have changed my mind because of unprofessional way of treating customer, what ever it is if you provide customer free listing give it in proper way or if you are not interested in giving it for free make your payment plan affordable for everyone and maintain your business in a good manner so keep getting customer and good reviews

Really very bad service from Just dial. Me as a business man with a interest to have service paid them but seriously not satisfied with their working.

Without saying anything I stop my web service from Justdial but now on daily basis got call from their side and answered that we are not interested and please stop these calls.

But this co. is very unprofessional and used to call 5 times in a day. They are just to do nothing. They are in Market to collect money without service.

Very bad approach towards their working.
